    Reservation was made days in advance for a birthday party. When we got there, we had to wait an additional ~20 minutes to be seated. We ordered a hot honey deep dish pizza. There was no honey or giadenera on it. It tasted like a plain pepperoni deep dish. When reservation was reserved, we had put on there it was for a birthday, no birthday was brought up from the staff. Overall poor management from staff. Don't think I'd come here again if I had to decide.

    Had a reservation so got seated on time. A little drafty cool. But they offered to adjust temp. It was nice. Pizza was just awesome.

    Great food. We had a side room. Nice and quiet. Great staff. We like to have the pizza delivered,but it is nice to meet friends there. The Lou's salad for the table is yummy.

    Our party of seven made a reservation, arrived a few minute early and was seated promptly. Our server greeted the table and took orders. We shared a family sized salad, a large deep dish and an extra large thin crust. It was all good, but not great. The deep dish "Lou" seemed under done and watery. The thin crust, (half cheese, half sausage) was very good. We boxed up a few left overs and got the check. At this point our server disappeared. After 10+ minutes I took the check with my CC to the hostess stand and asked that they process it so we could be on our way.

    This is the second time Carol was our server. She is fantastic. Very attentive without going overboard. Ask for Carol!

    Food is consistently delicious! Nice atmosphere. Clean bathrooms. There was a little delay in service and food but that seems to happen everywhere in recent days.

    Service was great, food and experience was too. Love trying out classic Chicago spots when we’re in and around the city and Lou’s didn’t disappoint!
