If I could do 4.5 stars I would. We had 6:00 reservations, arrived at 5:59 and were told we had to wait but then just 2’people later they came in with a 6:00 reservation and were seated right away. We weren’t in a rush so it wasn’t a big deal. We knew deep dish pizza takes awhile to cook, so we got the mozzarella sticks. The food was good, the service was good, the drinks were good so overall I’m still giving 5 stars.

Food is bland and overpriced. Staff is very busy and forgets basic things like a water refill. Busser is cleaning our table before we finished eating.

Arrived at 8:20 for a 8:30 reservation. Our party was not seated until after 9. Half of our party ended up leaving due to the length of the wait and the staff’s inability to accommodate our reservation. Extremely disappointing!

Service was excellent. The food is very basic. It is not bad at all, but nothing special either. I would return again, but not make a special trip there.

Lou’s is an easy go-to when in Chicago! The deep-dish is a must-try, but be sure to plan for some extra time—it takes about 30-45 minutes to bake. Well worth the wait!

The best pizza and do not forget the appetizers and we try also pasta, Lou fetuccini it was awesome highly recommended place! No crowd place like Michigan ave one!

We had to wait nearly 25 minutes to get the table. The service was slow (maybe due to the rush). We ordered the thin crust Pizza. It was good but we should have got the deep dish instead.
