The food is excellent but that's where it stopped. I realize it's hard to find workers but that didn't seem to be the case. Lots of staff ignoring us. Took a very long time to be acknowledged at the host stand, to get water, to get drinks and chips, to get to-go boxes. And the bathroom was very dirty.

Ajo prawns and mole prawns for dinner were excellent. Recommend the pepino michalada as well. Service was very slow. But service staff were very pleasant

Enjoyed a lovely lunch outdoor on the patio with the fire pit heaters to add warmth. The food and service was excellent!

They were very busy and did not have enough staff. It took a very long time to be served and to get our food. The server was kind and courteous, but he just didn't not have enough time for everyone he was serving. In this case, the restaurant owner should try to do something like offer a free basket of chips, otherwise as a customer you are bored and hungry! My dish online showed it came with rice but when I got it there was not rice. I didn't say anything because it had taken so long to get...and I knew the guy was so busy...but if the picture online shows it with rice then it needs to come with rice. It would be nice if the tortillas were wrapped up so they stay hot, they were just on a plate, and began to dry out quickly. The food was tasty, and the setting outside with fire towers was super nice!
