   Usually a great place to go for dinner when we come to visit our daughter at school. Tonight was one of the most disappointing visits. We waited over 1/2 an hour for drinks and another 40 minutes after that for our meal. Our waitress came to our table 3 times total. We finally got our check and I just paid as quickly as possible so we could get out. I should have read it as I was charged almost $18 for a glass of wine that they didn’t even have in stock. I hate to give an awful review but this was just a horrible experience.

   I took my two daughters, 13 and 16, for dinner yesterday. Overall it was a good experience and we’ll definitely go back. The server was very good. She was friendly and helpful. The food was ok. It’s what you expect in a chain like this. It’s tasty and fresh.

   Aussie was our waitress and was excellent, very personable and attentive. The birthday singing and hats were a bonus and lots of fun. Well done and thank you.

   It was busy, understandably so since it's the last day of the tax relief. We were seated promptly as we had our reservation transferred from another Lonestar because of kitchen issues. We waited about 20 minutes before our server came to acknowledge us, that was a long time but what made it worst was a table that was seated 15 minutes after us was greeted and their orders were taken before our server came. I was reluctant but my wife went to voice her displeasure. We waited around 40 minutes until our main course came out. 60 minutes from entering the restaurant for food is ridiculous since we were never checked up on nor updated on the progress of the kitchen. The experience at this Lonestar location did not meet our expectations, we have been to other Lonestar's when it was even busier. I am not certain I will give them another chance, parking situation was bad but it's always bad with so many restaurants in one area.

   We always enjoy going to Lonestar, especially the one in Richmond Hill. The food is always awesome, no complaints.

   Once again, excellent service with very good food--the fajitas are always great and the tableside guac a must...just a terrific value overall at a time when value is difficult to come by.

   Went for my birthday dinner with some friends. Server/service was good to start. Dinner was good. Waited 20 mins after plates were taken to get a dessert menu. Manager brought one over. Waitress came back 10 mins later to take order. Waited 20 mins but nothing. Seems like waitress was ignoring us because she couldn't get others to sing. We had to get up and cancel dessert. Manager said would compensate them but we said no, paid and left.

    Incredibly slow service which was hard to understand as the restaurant was 90% empty. We were a party of 7 and unfortunately 3 orders of 7 arrived cold. When the cold food was brought to the attention of the staff they simply microwaved the meals, gross!
