   We arrived at 5:20pm and were seated immediately and asked for our drink orders (just water). Then our server asked if we needed anything else to drink. We ordered the Calamari as an appetizer. While waiting they brought out bread which was good. About 30 mins go by and our calamari finally arrived. Then we placed our entree orders. My fiancé got the Ravioli Burro & Salvia and the Parmesan Fries, I got the Rigotoni Alla Vodka. By now, my water had been empty for a decent amount of time and another server came over and filled our water up. About a hour after placing our order, our food came out. Both entrees were delicious and the fries were thin cut. Not my preference but my fiancé liked them. After we finished eating, we waited roughly another 20-25 mins for our server to approach and ask if we needing anything else before we asked for the check. Overall Summary: We understand that it might’ve been busy due to Valentines Day, but it felt like we were looking for our servers attention more than he was paying attention to us. The food was good and the ambiance was beautiful (we sat outside). The food took a while to arrive (even the complimentary bread) but it all arrived hot and fresh.

   I’ve been to this establishment a couple times. This has been my best experience by far. Service was great. They accommodated my request for a larger table. My sever Joey was attentive and engaging. The food was great. I recommend the Veal Parmigiana. Vinny, the GM was attending to customers through out the restaurant.

   Totally underwhelmed by the food and overwhelmed by the price and service. Order - Frittura di mare (calamari, prawns, zucchini, white fish, garlic aioli sauce), Short ribs di wagyu, Tagliolini & Tartufo (one of their claims to fame), apple crisp. Old fashion x 2; lychee martini; valentine drink special. Total $320 /w tip. Cost - $54 for pasta (even if cheese grated table-side) that does not include a protein is absurd. $15 for chicken and $8/shrimp is equally as absurd. The cost for that serving size is exorbitant. Drinks reasonably priced. Food - Compared to similar restaurants, the food was just okay. Nothing knocked my socks off or would make me want to come back. Service - the worst part. Our server did not present any specials, was always in a rush to walk off, made no recommendations, did not explain the menu, cleared dishes with remaining food, did not offer pepper for pasta, did not know the special valentine's day menu and did not know what drink I was referring to I saw online for V-day, did not ask if we wanted to see the dessert menu, but STOOD OVER OUR SHOULDER WHILE PAYING AND TIPPING! I have NEVER experienced this and he did not deserve the 20% default we felt pressured to leave due to this. We have no plans of returning as we are accustomed to receiving much better service at this class of restaurants were hundreds are being spent on a dining party of 2. *Of note - it is impossible to get ahold of anyone at the restaurant to ask a question. They do not answer the phones, do not return messages and do not respond to Opentable messages.

   The major of the time I was just in awe about how well our together the place was and when the food came out it wasn’t all what we expected but it was a really great experience especially for a first time date.

   Our experience was not the best or waitress was very rude. It was beyond pretentious, not necessarily fine dining also felt very racist and I’m a Indian woman in Houston.

   What a beautifully appointed restaurant My table each ordered the Business Lunch. Food was delicious and a bargain for the amount of $36. We will return.

    Food was only luke warm. Steak under cooked. Expensive for the amount of food. Ate at bar, so-so service.
