   I have been eating at Lemoncello’s for over six years. The food for the very first time was awful. Let me repeat that awful. We paid for a special and it was no way near the way that it was described a friend at our table had Dovers saw was supposed to be serve a certain way with green beans, etc. etc. the plate came out. She wasn’t even sure she got the right dinner and of course the waiter was zero help. We were six people at the table and the server was very polite and he did offer to take my food back, Chris, he could see it was not what I ordered, but time was of the essence, and he served me a meal that I did not order and of course did not even come near our table

   It’s the best restaurant in the area, however, they need to figure out their air conditioning situation. We were all freezing cold in the lovely back dining room such that midway through our meal the dishes and food were cold. We’ve complained about this our last two visits (the second being the worst) but they keep saying the air goes on and off and balancing with the main dining room. It’s not good for guests even with sweaters being freezing cold.

   This was one of my favorite places for years. We sat outside where techno music played loud. The waiter did not know the menu or specials well. I ordered 2 martinis with 3 olives and he brought 2. When I asked for the third he told me they would charge me for it. I told him I’ve never heard that before so he came out with more olives and told me “I snuck these out so no one would see me. Ridiculous. A female server and runner had words right next to us and when she walked away about 5 floor staff were right behind me talking loud about the incident. I turned around and shot them a look so it stopped until it started again a few minutes later. Salad and Octopus apps were fair with no char on the octopus and the salad was overdressed and bland. My pork chop was excellent and my wife really liked her fish. Overall, very poor value, service and ambience. Will not return.

   We love this restaurant for a special occasion or when friends come to town. White table cloths and beautiful ceiling lights add elegance. Extensive wine list and the food never disappoints. Had the halibut last nite- delicious.
