   Wa arrived 10 minutes for our reservation. We stood at the host stand for 5-7 minutes with zero acknowledgment. Staff would look in our direction and the restaurant was not busy. One server that walked passed us twice said the host was seating someone and would be back. After another 5 minutes the same server was walking by and said he did not know where the host was and he would seat us. Finally sat, and a server came by a few minutes later. I asked for a bottle of still water and after 10 minutes she comes back to say they are out of bottled still. We sat on the patio and there very few tables sat, so I could not understand why the service all around was so slow. We finally ordered drinks and put in 2 tapas at the same time. The drinks and the food came out at the same time, letting you know how long the drinks took. The food was decent. The hummus and empanadas were very good. We had meatballs that were good and croquettes that were so so with little flavor compared to the rest of the meal. For a newer place in Naples the outside is starting to look a bit run down, management is clearly not present and sad to say standards are not there. Also, there should be a touch of music for ambiance.

   Party of 4. When we arrived the host remained on the phone with a customer. We waited 10 minutes before we were taken to our table. The only inside 4 tops were directly under AC vents blowing directly on the table, and began to drip water on our heads. Moved outside, street and airplane noise UNBEARABLE. Server was nice, but service VERY slow. Margarita flatbread was mediocre; mushroom flatbread good. Would not return or recommend.

   Happy hour outside overlooking the pool. It was very quiet and we had a wonderful waitress. Margaritas were cool and refreshing. We ordered appetizer meatballs and vegetable flatbread shared by the three of us. Each beautifully presented and delicious. This destination is an easy 10 minute walk from the bustle of 5th Avenue. We are glad we had the pleasure of staying at the Marriott AC property.

   20 minutes to be greeted and given water Drinks took forever and you could tell they sat at the bar for awhile before being brought out because they were watered down. Never received one dish until two hours after arrival so they took that off but overall… not worth it. Maybe just poor server but. Not a good experience.

   We sat there for 15 minutes and nobody came to serve us and it was freezing cold in there So we all got up and walked out Even then. Nobody said anything to us Terrible Went to Pazzos on fifth Ave and had a great dinner and fantastic service

   I don’t usually do this but the place is so beautiful BUT really need to have major improvements on the food menu, quality and flavor are bad, like really bad. I would add that the cocktails are nice well prepared but really, if you don’t improve on the kitchen is no good for the place.
