Teddy Bouroncle, a self-proclaimed 'cocinero comilón', follows in the footsteps of his grandparents, combining unexpected quality ingredients to create explosive flavors inspired by his beloved home — Lima. Staying true to Peru’s culinary practice of fusing international cuisine with local ingredients, our dishes are made with locally grown herbs and greens, homemade sourdough, and fresh Catches of the Day. Kids Policy: In order to accommodate guests who are seeking a quiet and relaxing night out, Lima Bistro does not accept reservations for parties accompanied by children under the age of 10 after 7 p.m. Pets are not allowed inside the restaurant or on the outside terrace.

    A fantastic restaurant! I’ve been visiting for several years now, and every time they surprise me !with amazing dishes. For example, the short ribs, duck, crudo, and ceviche. The dessert was absolutely incredible. I can’t wait to go back again!

    I was taken back by the limited menu. This was our 4th visit and I thought there were more menu selections in the past. We sat inside for the first time and I was not used to the noise level. Found it hard to hear. All said, meal was excellent and service was superior

    The restaurant was missing ambience. We were given a small table between two other small tables that was similar to what you would find at a diner. The table was really small with barely enough room for all your dishes. When you are spending at least a $100 plus per person with appetizer, main dish, drinks I think you should have a nice table and not be crowded. Food was good but not spectacular. Service was good - attentive.

    Wow! It’s a culinary experience to remember. We had the tuna and cauliflower. Every bite was so tasty that I want to go back and try even more. The people who sat next to us raved about their food as well. Beautiful location as well! Keep this one on your list and make reservations ahead

    Wonderful food, atmosphere and service. The best meal I had in Aruba. Some of the flavors of the appetizers were unreal. The only reason I gave the food a 4 and not a 5 was that my fish entree was just slightly dry, although still delicious. Great experience and would highly recommend.

    Lima Bistro is by far our favorite restaurant in Aruba. The food is excellent - great crudos and ceviche. The tuna tartare was the best dish last night. Service is attentive and the waitress we had made great recommendations for dishes to try. You will have a great meal here!
