   Lima is brand new so having some growing pains. Hopefully as they continue to work together things will improve! We will try them again next year & sending positive thoughts!

   For an unforgettable experience in taste of Peruvian food don’t miss this restaurant. From the appetizer of bread toasted with a aji Maria based aioli and a red wine reduction butter the unique tastes explode on your palate. We ordered ceviche and roasted cauliflower for appetizers and tuna tartare and pork chop for mains and caramel custard with vanilla ice cream for dessert. Every dish was perfect. The only downside is it’s so popular, we were not able to get a table for dinner the next few nights to come back!

   The food was so great. First sourdough bread with lovely dip, caramelized leeks, beets were delicious, scallops with carrots omg and lobster Sous Vide over risotto fantastic. Had the special Nutella cheesecake. Heaven! Staff were all lovely. We loved it.

   We had a wonderful meal at Lima Bistro. Our waitress was exceptional. Her name was Jean. She was very attentive and friendly. We were 4 people. The lobster risotto was great. We share that as an appetizer. The lamb shank was outstanding, along with the tuna and duck. We sat outside and were there as one of the large cruise ships was departing. Fun to watch. Enjoy!

   Outstanding food, amazing sauces and spices. Truly a different dining experience that sets itself apart from many of the other restaurants. Attentive, knowledgeable and friendly service. A must enjoy when in Aruba!

   Food was very very good, pricey but good. Drinks were great. They have no kids options at all so branzino for $49 it was. If you have any dietary restrictions they are not able to accommodate. Overall though still very good.

   This is our 3rd year dining at Lima during our 2 week stay in Aruba. Food is always incredibly delicious.

    Food was best I have had on the island. every dish was 10/10. Book a reservation here and thank me later… it was incredible. I will be dreaming of Lima Bistro until my next time in Aruba
