    OMG -- this needs to be on your must go list. Everything was amazing. We were a group of 5 and shared all the plates. Each dish was delicious and unique. We came away completely satisfied and talked afterwards about how much we had enjoyed. Treat yourself to the Wild Sockeye Salmon sashimi -- it was incredible. Thank You Meeru and team.

    The Great Escape! Female founders Shira + Meeru have done it again—creating space for Vancouverites to escape the rain! She's an enchanting + snuggly room with a lovable staff and delicious, heart-warming food. Perfect for date night, a gals’ night out or to come people-watch + snack for those flying solo!

    The food was delicious and I would definitely eat there again. The cocktails were on the small side, therefore a little expensive, but very tasty. We had the pescatarian feast but we were surprised to find out that the chai was only offered with cow milk… considering the restaurant claims to offer vegan and vegetarian menus. The 2 hour time limit was also very disappointing, especially when you order the feast. Everything felt a little rushed even though we were given a little extra time to finish our dessert. I feel like a 3 hour time limit would be better.

    The food was thoughtfully presented and very good. We all did the prex fixe which turned out to be a good amount of food. Would definitely go again.

    The combination of flavours was outstanding, not the usual Indian fare! Hard to believe it's all vegan.. ambience was great too. A sweet place!

    Wow—what an experience! This small, cozy spot is all about sharing plates and incredible flavors. The menu is full of standouts, from wild salmon sashimi to my personal favorite: Portobello mushroom with paneer—absolutely delicious. Sorry for the lack of photos; I was too busy enjoying the food and the company. You’ll just have to experience it for yourself!

    Very good food and service! The tables are a little tight, someone next to us kept talking to us so it was a little hard to have a romantic dinner. Other than that though the food was of great quality and will definitely return.
