   We had to wait 30 minutes after arriving for our reservation. After being seated, no one came to take our order after 10 minutes. I finally had to go to the hostess stand to get service. The hostess then went and found someone that could help us. Our designated server did a fairly good job, but after waiting for more than ample enough time for our server to come back and get our payment, I finally had to take my credit card to him because the conversation with another server was more important at the time. I don’t know why, but I tipped well over 20% for this experience. Please continue to stress the importance of taking care of your valued customers.

   I wasn’t given my $10 open table reward. Instead they said my dad’s birthday dessert was $10 and it was on the house. I didn’t make a scene, paid and left.

   This is by far THE BEST Italian restaurant I have experienced. I have been to many in the US and the food quality here was unmatched!

   A solid quality Italian meal. Al la Oscar is always the right choice. And the scampi would have benefitted with a little more kick.

    Service was frankly terrible. We had to ask for our drinks order to be taken. The server brought us oil and vinegar which sat on the table for around 30 minutes before we received our bread. Appetizers were ordered around 45 minutes after we sat down. The server forgot one persons mocktail that she mentioned she could make for him. When deserts came we had to ask for more spoons as there were 2 given for every 4 plates. Overall very frustrating and unfortunate.
