   We’ve eaten there twice during our stay at the Westin. The first time we had the octopus appetizer - excellent! I had the tagliatelle with short ribs, also excellent. My husband had the half baked chicken, good but not noteworthy. But we had enough to take back to our unit and eat another night. The second time I had the lobster - a huge portion, and my husband had the ribeye steak. We had the octopus again for the appetizer.

   We had a reservation that was not honored for a table, so we took the high top. We waited 25 mins until anyone came over to the table. The server was rude and we were thinking about leaving. Being we had no other reservation elsewhere we stuck it out. The bar tender did not show up for work so 45 mins in we still had no drinks. We ordered food and got the burger fires and the curried vegetables it took over an hour. the burger was ok the vegetables, just don't order it is my review. In all, the Lemongrass was only memorable in a negative way.

   The location was excellent if you sat outside. Inside is kind of cold and uninviting. They seem not organized. The food was very good and also nice to have a restaurant on property so I want them to survive They should be open a few days more to help the guests. Also many guests would like a place for breakfast

   Not sure why Open Table accepts reservations for a restaurant that is not open on the night for which the reservation was made. Surprised when we got there and it was closed.

   So many great restaurants in Cruz Bay. Service was excellent but menu options were very limited and taste was very average

   Service was very slow. Restaurant is way too bright, excessive lighting. Food was average and over priced.

   Armani was an outstanding server. She was very friendly, courteous, attentive, personable and efficient. There was also a tremendous team effort from the entire staff, including the woman who brought us our food and the hostess who sat us. Armani’s great customer service attitude and quick attention made for an excellent dining experience. Thank you all for a job well done!

   Rosenie was an excellent server. She was very friendly, courteous, attentive and personable. There was also a tremendous team effort from the entire staff, including the young man who brought us food.     The food was fabulous! Reading reviews, I almost didn’t want to try Lemongrass, but it was spectacular! The charred octopus was so tender and with the beans tasted so good. 3 of us had the ahi tuna and the flavors were incredible. My husband had the short rib pasta and that was so delicious as well!! I would recommend this restaurant in a heartbeat!!!
