A delicious and luxurious meal. The intention behind each dish (like the hand rolled couscous) was clear and made for a fabulous experience.

Great experience. The 7 salads were amazing. We particularly loved the roasted pepper hummus and the eggplant dish. My wife is plant-based and she flipped out on the roasted cauliflower entree. The date cake dessert was beyond all expectations. It's now her favorite restaurant.

We had an amazing dining experience. Start to finish. Every team member was knowledgeable about the food and cocktails. Flavors were bold and exciting. Service was perfection. Run don’t walk to check this spot out.

We love MidEast cuisine and were hoping to love this place. There's a fixed first course of "7 Salads", and a choice of about 5 mains for the second course, followed by a date cake with a salted ice cream as the 3rd course. We chose the Lamb Neck for the entree and included the wine pairing. The first wine was a 3 oz pour of a Bandol Rose with the salads, then a 3oz pour of a Moroccan Syrah with the lamb and a dessert wine with the date cake. The Rose and the Syrah were fine. For our taste, a dessert wine, no matter how good, is too much sweet on sweet to go with a sweet dessert. Also, a 3 oz pour of wine is fine if there are several courses. However, with just 2 savory courses, I found myself running out of the Rose during the first course and with a delay before receiving the lamb, I was already nursing the last drops of Syrah by the time we received it. I could have made more effort to order another pour of Syrah, but it would have been nice if they had noticed I was low and inquire (before we were finished with the lamb). My recommendation would be to skip the wine pairing and just order a full pour of your preferred wines. It would have been a better value and more enjoyable to get a full 5 oz Rose with the Salads and use a full pour of the Syrah for both the Lamb and as a contrast with the date cake. Or, replace the dessert wine with another pour of the Syrah. The Lamb was excellent and enough for us, though the serving may be a little light for big eaters. It comes with a token amount of deep fried veg which for us was too heavy and insufficient. We'd have preferred some lightly cooked vegetable and the inclusion of some Farro or Couscous. It would have been a fairer value, rather offering them at extra charge. For the "7 Salads" we liked the yogurt with trout eggs and the small serving of fresh vegetable but would have preferred a fresher take overall. Along with 2 "Miro" oysters and tip, our meal for 2 came to $350.

Definitely had a nice evening. The space is nice but could be better, for example the chairs are too narrow for the table base, tables a little too close together for comfort. The food was good, the freshly baked bread was nice but a pita would make more sense with the dipping plates. The main course of the prifix menu was good but too small for 2 people. I ordered the branzino, which was made well, but a little busy with toppings. it came with a tiny side of couscous (which might have been an extra charge, not sure) Dessert was nice but tiny. The cocktails were really good despite being small portioned but the wine was disappointing. Overall a good meal but a little dissappointing in terms of value.

We enjoyed our dinner at Leila; food was great, staff was ver attentive. However, noise level was high…could hear conversations going on all around us. Personal opinion, this affects the dining experience.

Had a dinner with my friend. The food was very tasty but what we really had a hard time was how loud it was. Music was so loud and we had a big group next to us which did not help. The food was good but we both of us was rather exhausted when we walked out outside. We are not not in 20s or anything but not seniors either. Just wished we could at least have conversations comfortably while having nice dinner together.

Excellent food from start to finish. Service was very good. The room is a tad loud but energetic vibe. The main bourse did take quite a while so we did have long wait between courses but we thoroughly enjoyed every bite. The wine pairing was outstanding.

One of the worst new restaurant in honolulu. There food wasn’t really good (7 different kinds hummus wasn’t impressed and main dish taste too sweet and greasy and veggies were burnt) There wine pairing isn’t pairing with the food and not that good wine by itself. Service was super slow as regular Hawaii restaurant and prices were way overpriced.

There’s nothing like this restaurant on this island or any other for that matter. The beauty, simplicity, and depth present in the food is truly a mind blowing experience. My date and I were looking around the room, watching table after table take a bite and then immediately do a happy dance in their seats. We were no exception, as well, where each new bite of food had us both bright eyed and joyfully wiggling in our chairs! The service was so friendly & warm and also knowledgeable & professional. The drinks paired perfectly with the flavors of the menu. The ambiance was cozy and magnetic. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone, anytime, anywhere.
