A Brazilian steakhouse offering the most unique continuous dining experience around. To start your meal, enjoy unlimited trips to our extensive self-serve salad bar, which is included in our fixed price dinner. Our salad bar offers different types of cheeses, extraordinary fresh salads, and delicious Brazilian hot dishes.

Gauchos roam throughout the restaurant, serving our guests tableside, with 10 selections of deliciously seasoned cuts of beef, chicken, lamb, pork, and sausage - all grilled over an open flame and slowly spin roasted to delicious perfection. The Gauchos will serve you with as many, or all of the meats you desire.

To further enhance your dining experience, we offer assorted sides of mashed potatoes, mashed sweet potatoes, fried bananas and cheese bread, just to name a few, along with an excellent selection of fine wines, draft beers, and specialty drinks such as Brazil's national cocktail, the Caipirinha.

Each guest uses a two-sided disk to control the pace of their meal. The green side signals the Gaucho chefs to bring out skewers of sizzling fire-roasted meats to carve at the table. The red side indicates a stopping point. Turning back to green lets the Gaucho chefs know to start offering the meats again

It wasn't what I thought it would be. It was good, but had better meat and more choices in South Carolina. Need to up the meat special. Add more meats to the menu. Like seafood and others. Salad bar could been better. Only one type of cheese.

This was a let down for me. It is an all you can eat restaraunt, so I should not of expected the meats to be custom to my liking, but they were awful. All of the meats and chicken were way over cooked and dry. I left with several uneaten pieces of steak, chicken and lamb. The sald bar was good and plenty to choose from. The wait staff was good and kept checking on our needs. The Old Fashion drink I got was horrible. This restaraunt is way over priced for the quality of food you get.

Great experience as always. I don't eat all the meats but very much enjoyed the ones I got. The buffet was also wonderful. Always my go to restaurant for a really good meal.

The staff were very friendly; however, we did not enjoy the cuisine at all. All of the meat, whether pork, chicken, or beef, tasted the same and had a strange, gamey flavor.

The meat was extremely dry. Flank steak was the best meat in regards to not being overcooked, however it was completely lacking in flavor. I stopped with the salad bar when a little fly landed in the salad I had just made. Service was okay by the server, but this experience was very much not what it had been in the past. The meat servers were much less friendly than previous visits. We will not be back after this visit.

"All you can eat" places tend to make money on me, because I really can't eat that much, however these people are the BEST IN THE GAME, when it comes to Brazilian Steakhouses in the Piedmont Triad area of NC. (I can't talk for the rest of the state, I've not been to those) It's worth it money, you WILL get stuffed.
