The tasting menus are $140/person, with no a la carte menu offered. We require a credit card to make the reservation. Cancellations for any reason are permitted up until 24 hours before the reservation time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time will be charged $140 person. Please indicate all dietary restrictions at this time. Our menus cannot be modified to be DAIRY FREE, ALLIUM FREE or VEGAN. Wow, I had high expectations for this restaurant and it still managed to exceed it. Everything was incredible - both the food and the service. I was fortunate that my friend got the vegetarian menu and I got the omnivore so that we could try all the things - and they were both equally good. I’ll be dreaming of Le Pigeon until I can return.

Amazing! The flavors just burst in your mouth! My husband got the meat tasting and I got the vegetarian tasting, and we shared. Again the flavors were spectacular! Our service was excellent and they were so informative. Such a memorable time for us.

We started with drinks next store at Canard and then sat at the Counter in Le Pigeon. We enjoyed watching the food prep. We tried everything: the vegetarian menu, the omnivore menu, the reserve wine pairings and the non-alcoholic pairings. We're always impressed with the wine pairings but were really surprised by how good the non-alcoholic pairings were. The menus come with an additional supplemental dish--definitely get the extra dish. This is our favorite restaurant for celebrations and we had a great dinner!

Went for my wife’s birthday dinner. Was a wonderful experience. Far more than just the food. We enjoyed both the food and getting to watch the chefs cook behind the counter. While at $140 a head it’s not cheap we walked away thinking kf was very much worth the price point.

We celebrated our ninth wedding anniversary tonight at Le Pigeon, where Chef Rucker's culinary mastery and perfect wine pairings created a truly unforgettable evening. It was so good I’m pretty sure the chemistry in my brain is forever altered. We were there for 2 1/2 hours for the 6-course meal. Terrific evening!

Honestly, it’s the best restaurant in Portland. The courses are meticulously crafted and the combined flavors are truly amazing. Add to that the best waitstaff I’ve seen in a long time and you’re in for a great night out.

Fantastic dining experience in terms of both food and service. My favorites were the Sturgeon Pastrami and Foie'nte Cristo add-on, and the reserve wine pairing was also excellent.
