Review summary

AI-generated from verified diner reviews
Le Parisien Bakery offers a "charming atmosphere" reminiscent of Paris with delicious pastries and creative coffee options like the "Crème Brûlée Latte." Despite issues with the reservation system, "macarons are some of the best," and the friendly service enhances the experience. Ideal for coffee and dessert lovers seeking authentic flavors.

Such a nice place in middle of TS. Enjoyed the wine and beers in their terrace.

Everything was impeccable! Place has a nice decor and is clean and organized unlike lots of places that surrounds Times Square. My daughter kept changing her order and the guy at the cashier was kind enough to help her pick something good to eat. Food was great as well as the coffees. We will be back.

Great first stop in NYC to get some fuel for our day in the city. Nice latte art, solid flavor lattes, and amazing ambiance

Overpriced tourist trap . Poor selection. Poor quality sandwiches, salads and croissants. Everyone in our party was disappointed.

I went with my Mom right before our broadway show because we enjoyed ourselves so much! Starting with the French music playing at all times gave a really nice touch to the experience and the decor is super pretty. The cashier recommended Creme Brulee coffee and the Pistachio coffee honestly they were both amazing but my favorite was the Creme Brulee. We ordered ham and cheese croissant and the Nutella crepe as well as a croque madame and everything 10/10. When we come back to NYC we are definitely stopping by again.

Great pastries, and coffee. Reservations are a bit misleading. They actually do not work in this restaurant. You essentially sit where you can find seating. They did not even have access to the reservation system.

DO NOT GO! This was not what I expected or what was advertised/highly rated reviews! I was thoroughly disappointed and would not recommend it if you are hoping for a great dining experience. As a place to stop and grab something, it's fine. I read the reviews of the restaurant, saw photos of their food that are shown on their website and wanted to go for brunch with my family. We made a reservation on OpenTable and showed up at the reservation time. We arrived for brunch and noticed that there was minimal seating and a long line at the counter. Thinking that there must be a dining room somewhere else I asked the employee and he said that reservations did not matter, just get in line to order and find a seat if you can. There was no need for a reservation, we barely found room at the counter to sit and the food was utterly disappointing. We saw containers of croissants being dropped off (one whole container even fell on the floor, hopefully not used!) and the croissants looked and tasted like ones you'd purchase from a grocery store - not freshly baked as you would think for Le Parisien Bakery! Our order was also not correct and we had to wait a while to get it. Looking closer at the rave reviews on OpenTable, they seem almost exclusively from a few different "anonymous" accounts that have most (if not all) of their reviews only on this one restaurant. If you go far enough back in the reviews you will find some that are similar to this one. It would seem that someone affiliated with the restaurant is posting positive reviews to drown out the negative reviews from actual diners. In conclusion, I wish we had just walked away to find a place that was worth going to. We had been to a variety of fantastic bakeries in the city and this is not one of them.

Great Little bakery on a side street in New York for a reasonable breakfast with delicious croissant based sandwiches. A little misleading to make a reservation as it’s closer to fast food, but delicious nevertheless
