   A fantastic meal and evening overall. We felt like family and the service was as good as the food. We experienced much of the menu and it was all 5 stars. We ordered the escargot and stuffed muscles followed by the shrimp/scallop and seafood linguini mains. This was followed up with profiteroles for dessert which was a work of art and enough for 2. We each had a glass of house Chardonnay and Merlot- both outstanding. If this was not enough a complimentary bottle of rum was brought to our table with 2 shot glasses. The bottle was left for us but we only had one shot each as we were driving. The price was so reasonable and the restaurant was highly recommended to us by another guest at the Simpson Bay Resort. We had no intention of going, didn't even know of it but went and would have gone again but it was discovered at the the end of our trip. Next time we will be there twice if for a week and 3 maybe 4 times if on island for 2 weeks. You can choose AC inside or outside on the Terrace. We made same-day reservations and the restaurant had great ambiance as it was not full but had just enough people to make it fun. A wonderful Friday night in November. Thank you Le Moulin Fou- we will be back and will tell all of our friends who will be heading to St. Maarten.

   Always a pleasant surprise that things stay the same here...Great food, great service and amaretto/coffee rhum to finish it all. Matias and his staff always go out of their way to make each nite special.

   I had read all the good reviews and my visit to Le Moulin Fou didn't disappoint. It was early but I had a great area of the restaurant for relaxing and reading. No one rushed me. The food was excellent with good recommendations from the various servers helping me. It's the best experience I've had on the island.

   The food was fabulous. My wife ordered the salmon cooked to perfection. I ordered the seafood pasta dishe it was cooked to perfection. The staff was very friendly and on point. Recommend any one coming to St. Maarten definitely come here.

   Our server, Jenny, was an absolute doll at this restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the fun and cheerfulness began. The grilled lobster was outstanding, great garlic bread, and a decent selection of libations made this night memorable. I highly recommend this place for a great night out enjoying good food and drink. The deserts were artistry and enjoyed by all in our party. For a night of pleasant memories, definitely include Moulin Fou in your plans!

   A wonderful evening, great staff, no rush, amazing food, nice wine list. Accommodating in every way. There are many choices for great food on the island, but if you don't make time to eat here, you are stupid!

   Absolutely hands down best restaurant on the island. If you haven’t been, don’t wait. Matisse is so wonderfully talented. Food was AMAZING!!. The atmosphere clean, nicely decorated, sophisticated, and friendly.

   We had an absolutely incredible experience at Le Moulin Fou, from the wonderful staff to the intricate and beautifully plated dishes we could not recommend this place enough to anyone seeking the most delicious French cuisine on the island. We had the onion soup, carbonaro, roasted duck breast, shepherds pie with candied duck, and the lobster risotto for our main courses and had the crepe suzzete for dessert. Every dish was intricately plated and absolutely delicious, let the pictures speak for themselves lol.
