   In brief: Food was wonderfully delicious, the portions were excellent (my friend even had some leftover) and our server was lovely. More In depth: I had lunch here with a girlfriend of mine, and I selected this restaurant because its price point seemed reasonable. I didn’t know anything about Le Lert beforehand, was just keen to try a new Thai place. The layout and decor was colourful and cheerful and as this was a -21• C day, the fun colours made the day seem less gloomy. Space was warm and inviting. Our server Lisa was chatty as we peppered her with questions, quick with the drinks and prompt overall. When the food came out, I started salivating (chicken Pad Thai for me) and the chicken was wonderfully juicy and the noodles were silky. I did not have leftovers! I will come back here for lunch again, and apparently the dinner menu is more extensive, so I’d like to try that as well.

   Hosted a bday party with 20 people and had babies with us as well. The team was extremely accommodating, stayed back a little late while we wrapped up and made my bday very special!

   We loved it! Would definitely recommend. A unique brunch compared to your standard options. Beautiful and comfortable seating. Not a super loud place if you want to enjoy conversation amongst your friends. Good presentation, delicious flavours. I appreciated that the menu had a lot of photos to help you decide. I will be back!

   Superb service and very flavorful dishes! The ladies are so nice and very hospitable. Food was cooked perfectly and had the perfect balance. Highly recommend :)

   Amazing ambience and superb presentation! Went there for a birthday celebration and loved it! Great service, food was great too. Loved the cocktails and again, the presentation was fabulous!!

   I had an incredible experience! The service was outstanding, and the food was fantastic—truly authentic Thai cuisine with some delightful modern twists that captured the true flavors of Thailand. The owner was very welcoming, and it's heartwarming to see a family-run establishment. We started with the Tom Yum soup, which was perfectly spicy and loaded with large shrimp. The Pad Thai was a highlight, featuring a whole chicken leg and thigh that were cooked to perfection. The ribs were also a treat, glazed with a tangy sauce that was simply delicious. The drinks were equally impressive! To access the restaurant, you walk through a modern cafe/bakery, giving it a speakeasy vibe. However, the location was a bit tricky to find, as it’s situated across from the theatre on Carlton, underneath a condo building on south side of Carlton . Improved signage would definitely help. Highly recommend visiting will be going back !

   The BEST brunch in the city. I was blown away by the Thai Fusion dishes, the flavours are insane. The owner also had the chef come out and introduce himself to us. Apparently, the one chef was from Ironchef Thailand and the other was a Michelin Star chef. They are adding to the menu soon. So definitely will be coming back soon!

   Having walked past the unassuming entrance on Carlton Street just east of Yonge it suggested coffee/pastry shop more than an actual restaurant. We read a good review and tried it. What a pleasant surprise. Inside was an expansive restaurant, with great table spacing, moderate noise level and attentive service. We started with the mushroom spring rolls and shishito peppers both excellent. For mains we had pad Thai with chicken, different presentation than normal but excellent. We chose a Californian Cabernet Sauvignon that was full bodied and excellent value. Great experience, we will definitely be back!
