Worst michelin restaurant i’ve ever been to. decided to gave a second chance but same situation: 1) they always “ran out” from the best course of a THREE COURSE menu (happened twice) 2) they do not have the wines they offer in their menu, apparently they also “ran out” 3) food was cold and mediocre 4) we ordered coffee that never came 5) service is horrible to say the least And i could keep going

The food was very good. But not enough. Everyone was hungry after the meal which is a lot to say. My boyfriend cracked me up that there was one spoonful of sweat potatoes on his plate. We spent over $250 a head for a thanksgiving menu. We were six people and they brought sides for 4, we had to ask for the 3rd side and he came home to peanut butter and crackers he was hungry. The main courses were tiny. The service was average. For that price you expect world class, we had to ask for everything. We will never go back. It’s too bad because the food was tasty and delicate flavors. Just not up to the standard of anything with a Michelin rating.

Surprisingly disappointed. We visited on Thanksgiving 2024 and ordered the Thanksgiving menu. We were sitting inside. Nice interior, but very uncomfortable chairs and all tables packed in such a way that I was worried that my elbow would end up in someone else’s plate. Also, if you are afraid of getting a cold, sit outside. Better yet, don’t even come here. The service was absolutely not acceptable for such an establishment. We only saw our unfriendly server once when he took our order. They have a lot of people working there but it is very uncoordinated. The majority of servers and managers just stand in corners telling jokes to each other. It seems they are confused of what they are supposed to be doing. The managers did come to our table twice, just to take empty wine glasses of our table without even asking if we wanted something else to drink. As a result, I was drinking water half the time we were there and my wife did not get a chance to order her last glass of wine. Thankfully, the only person who was actually working the whole night was the guy who refilled our water glasses. My wife loves fine red wines and she was hoping to try a few different French ones, but they only had 4 reds by the glass and only 2 of them from France. The food was subpar. First course – scallops – undercooked and raw inside. Second – turkey – cooked well, but too salty. They also got us a side to share without a serving spoon. Desert – pumpkin cheesecake mousse with ginger ice cream – very nice presentation, but it was so sweet that we couldn’t finish it without risking getting a sugar coma. And obviously, we were not offered to order coffee/tea with the desert . Overall, this is definitely not what I would expect from a place with a Michelin star. Having visited many upscale restaurants across the world, we have never seen such a terrible service. Also, these guys included a 20% tip in the bill by default. That was a smart move because the tip you deserved is 0%.

Excellent Thanksgiving lunch. We had a three course meal. I had amazing scallops for the appetizer, entree was a delicious turkey (dark and white meat), the stuffing was fantastic and best for last the incredible pumpkin desert. Service was impeccable. Le Jardiniere is our favorite restaurant in the Design District and one of the best in Miami.

I had high expectations for this Michelin-starred restaurant, but my recent visit was a major letdown. Despite arriving on time for our reservation, we waited at the bar 30 minutes, only to find our table still unready. This was compounded by the host’s dismissive and rude demeanor, which set a sour tone for the evening. While we waited, we decided to start with appetizers at the bar. The bartender was a rare bright spot—attentive and courteous, offering great service despite the chaos. Unfortunately, even their efforts couldn’t salvage the evening. The appetizers were fine but nothing exceptional, and two drinks and two small plates cost a staggering $140. After finally deciding to eat at the bar, our anticipation for the main course turned into frustration when the entrees took over an hour to arrive. By that point, we were more aggravated than hungry. For a restaurant of this caliber, I expected impeccable service and a seamless dining experience. Instead, I left feeling overcharged and underwhelmed. Michelin stars might suggest excellence, but this visit proved otherwise. A huge waste of time and money—I’ll be dining elsewhere in the future.

Everything was excellent. The food, the service, the ambiance were all excellent. Restaurants in the design district tend to be pricey and over hyped. This was perfect. Great food, exemplary presentation on a beautiful setting served well. I would go back! We enjoyed all of our dishes and the whole meal was flawless.
