    Had a lovely evening at the “new” Le Bistrot. We loved the ambience - low lighting, tropical plants, candles everywhere - truly elegant and enchanting. We shared an onion/cheese tart, followed by duck in a fig sauce (scallops for my husband) and a fabulous tarte tatin dessert. I started with a very well made Lemon Drop while my husband had a passion fruit margarita - all made with excellent fresh ingredients. The food was delicious and reasonably priced in comparison to some of the high end restaurants of PV (and certainly in comparison to the US). There is an extensive wine list. Overall a very nice addition to the PV dining scene.

    The most beautiful restaurant in Puerto Vallarta (Centro). Open air with an inviting bar as you walk in. Decorated beautifully. A plus for the evening -live jazz music.

    Le Bistro has it all--exceptionally charming ambiance, delicious food, fabulous staff, and philanthropic owners who recently hosted a fundraiser for the children of Corazon de Nina. We give Le Bistro our highest recommendation and look forward to returning soon to experience the joys again. Le Bistro lo tiene todo: un ambiente excepcionalmente encantador, comida deliciosa, un personal fabuloso y propietarios filantrópicos que recientemente organizaron una recaudación de fondos para los niños de Corazón de Niña.     The recorded music was at a much better level this time and the live jazz band was great … along with the incredible ambience, food & service

    A jewel among the upscale restaurants in PV. The only one with French cuisine with reasonable prices ( according to US standards). However the best reason to visit is the amazing decor. Live piano music began about 8. Recorded music played before that and twice we asked it be turned down. This is certainly one place to visit while in PV

    This was my fourth dinner at Le Bistro since its reopening. The venue is casually elegant with a classy bar and multiple seating areas in the restaurant. Our food, service, and overall experience was excellent on each visit. Don't miss the very flavorful Friend Onion soup

    Seriously fantastic meal - definitely recommend. We had the porcini mushrooms and shrimp quesadillas for appetizers, and the scallops and gnocchi for entrees - all of which were fantastic. Definitely will be returning.
