    We absolutely love LAVO! They have the best steak in Las Vegas hands down! We dine here one weekend each year and the Filet last night was possibly the best I have ever had. Cooked perfectly to temperature with just the perfect amount of crispness on the outside. Phenomenal. I had sides of the Brussel sprouts which were incredible along with mushrooms, complemented by the Super Tuscan wine. Vanessa and Andrew were fantastic servers and their expertise and knowledge added to the enjoyable evening.
