    I’ve been wanting to go to this restaurant for a long time, but since we’re on the other side of the valley, I haven’t. There were four of us. We all felt the service was terrible. I think we sat there for 20 minutes before someone came over to ask if we wanted a drink. It was very crowded and maybe they were short of help. It’s a beautiful patio. I had pork chop and the rest had short ribs. We all felt the dinner was fair.

    Our evening at Lavender Bistro was fantastic. We started off with great cocktails - the Lavender Martini is a must to order. We passed around our main courses which were the Maine Lobster Ravioli, the Roasted Maple Leaf Duck and the Seaweed & Sesame Crusted Seared Ahi Tuna which stole the show. The ahi tuna simply melted in your mouth and the entire dish with its accompaniments was perfect. We finished by sharing the Callebaut Belgian Chocolate Mousse, Lila Belle's Homemade Butter Cake and the Fresh Baked Apple Tart with Frangipane. The patio with the lighted trees and live music playing set the scene for a lovely evening. Thank you.

    Lavender Bistro is my favorite restaurant in the desert! We loved sharing this special, romantic spot with friends visiting. It quickly became their favorite too! I have nit had anything but a memorable experience each time I go here.

    Place was very nice - I had prime rib & asked for it to be medium, it came medium rare - last year service was excellent - this year service was poor - I had to go ask anyone for a glass of wine - I had to go ask anyone for our desert - I had to go ask anyone for the bill - that's why I only left a 10% tip!

    This was a poor experience as compared to other visits. The wedge salad was presented in a jumble, very sloppy appearance. The lobster ravioli was served lukewarm. The “music” was too loud and the guitarist’s selections were SO out of date. They couldn’t even be called golden oldies. This added to my blah opinion of the whole evening.

    Wow! It helps when you have the perfect weather evening when you dine outside but in addition the food, service from Mario and the live music made for a perfect night out.
