   This is a hidden gem. Great atmosphere and amazing food. Everything we had was amazing. The appetizers, main courses and banana foster. Definitely will be back and share our find with friends.

   We had a wonderful dinner with great service from Jake! The Shrimp Royale was amazing as was the Tour. Great ambiance and cocktails. We will definitely return!

   Absolutely wonderful. The food was superb, ambience was great. Drinks are potent....beware. lol The service was top notch .....we went to a show at the Aronoff and our server was kind enough to hold our leftovers even after closing for us to pick up. Was came out and he was waiting in the cold outside. Who does that?! Absolutely wonderful experience and already have reservations for Mardi Gras!

   If you haven’t been to Laveau yet, you are seriously missing out on one of Cincinnati’s hidden gems. We went for the first time last night, and I can confidently say it was one of the best meals we’ve ever had downtown! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a cozy vibe that makes you feel like you’ve stumbled into a well-kept New Orleans secret. The real star of the night, though, was the shrimp & grits—honestly, the best I’ve ever had. The flavors were perfectly balanced, with rich, creamy grits and shrimp cooked to absolute perfection. Every bite was heaven. This place deserves more love and attention. The service was impeccable, and the entire dining experience felt thoughtful and unhurried. If you’re looking for a new spot to try, Laveau should be at the top of your list. You won’t regret it!

   Had the green fried tomatoes, jambalaya and short rib. All were delicious. The short rib with mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts were outstanding. Very reasonable prices for quality and quantity of food. Plan to be back. Thanks.

   Grabbed dinner after a show at the Aronoff. Was a 2-3 minute walk. Ordered the short ribs and the tour. Food was delicious.

   First visit, 4for dinner. Met another couple here, easy access from Fountain Square garage. New Orleans/cajun cuisine, food was excellent, we all enjoyed our meals, generous portions. Live music, a very good singer but too LOUD so a consideration if you wish to converse with your dining companions. Food was great, want to go back but may check on schedule of entertainment before a repeat visit.
