   The beautiful view is just the first chapter in the story of the Lakeview Lounge. From the amazing staff to what seemed like a flawless menu. We had rave reviews in our party for the Chili Chunk Chicken and Caesar Salad (that is made table side), the Brisket French Dip, and the Lobster Roll that was dressed with thinly sliced jalapeños, avocado, and an Old Bay aioli sauce on a traditional roll. Every step of the way through dinner the staff not only made us feel welcomed but made you truly feel like they wanted you there and to serve you the best experience possible. Of the three main dinners at the Fairmont Chateau, its menu is the most approachable, but every dish is elevated.

   There was construction that disrupted because of sound and sight line obstruction. We are paying for the view and ambiance.

   Appetizer took half an hour to arrive, and the main meal took an hour after that. Food was average and not worth the wait

   Beautiful experience! We could have stayed all afternoon. Of course the view of lake Louise was fabulous. Our server Sarbesh was kind and patient. The host who brought us to our table carried on a lovely conversation with us. Of course we liked her even more when we found out she went to the same east coast uni as our son. The food was top notch. I had the ravioli and my husband had the brisket. All very tasty. Thankyou
