We went here for NYE and had a 830 reservation. We got there and had to wait. They sat us around 850 and waited came over at 856 to tell us we had to order now as kitchen closes at 9. If it wasn’t NYE we would have left. Ordered within 2 min and we were finished with our meal, app and salad by 933. Mahi mahi was decent and the noodle dish was like oodles of noodles in a package. For a 1/2 meal cost up $285 not including tip. Stay away. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

Was not made aware of new years menu. When we got there we could no longer get the buffet and there was a very limited menu. Sever could not explain dishes on the menu.

The menu did not match what was online and what was offered was limited. Three apps, salads and entrees.

Beautiful place however the menu was awful. 85 dollars a person for a self service buffet on new years or 20 dollar french fries with only a couple other options on the regular menu. Very disappointing everyone in the restaurant was very confused with poor menu options.

I don’t normally post but feel compelled. The pictures and menu grossly misrepresent the reality of this restaurant. We arrived excited for our New Years Eve reservation. What we saw was a rundown sports bar with poor service. We were treated rudely by the host and manager onsite. Eventually we were seated at a high top table and offered a slimmed down version of the menu with three entrees or the buffet, which was in a warm and humid part of the restaurant and centered in serving sushi of all things. After much trepidation and debate, we felt compelled to leave.

I don’t typically leave complaints, but this experience was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share feedback. We had reservations for 5 PM on 12/31, and while I understand that this was a holiday, the restaurant changed its usual menu to a modified menu and buffet without prior notice. Unfortunately, the buffet options were far inferior to the regular menu and not appealing to anyone in my party. Additionally, the limited à la carte menu offered very few choices. I ordered a filet mignon, medium rare. However, it was served medium, so I asked for it to be remade correctly. To my dismay, the original steak was returned to me overcooked to well done. The server misunderstood my request and didn’t confirm whether the issue was resolved. Instead of waiting to ensure the steak was to my liking, the server quickly walked away and did not return. We had to flag down another server to address the issue. It took another 20 minutes for the new steak to arrive, prompting us to ask a manager to check on it. The manager eventually brought a properly cooked steak but offered no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Once again, they left without ensuring the meal met my expectations. No apologies were offered. Throughout the meal, service was slow and inattentive. We weren’t asked if we wanted coffee or dessert, and the entire experience—without appetizers or dessert—dragged on for two hours. Based on this poor service and the lackluster food options, I wouldn’t return or recommend this restaurant to others. It’s worth noting that we overheard complaints from other nearby tables as well.

Where do I begin. We were seated at our table with no place settings , no water just menus. The ambiance is awful as well. People walking to the pool through the restaurant. We then sat for 20 minutes until I had to go back to the hostess stand to ask if we had a server. She then came and took our order. My daughter’s meal came out 30 minutes later with our 2 appetizers. 20 minutes later the rest of the meal came out but 2 of the 3 meals were lukewarm -including a $185 tomahawk steak. The taste was great but would have been better hot. We were too hungry to send the meat back. The manager did apologize and took a percentage off the 2 cold meals. We were never offered dessert or coffee. They clearly need the management to reorganize We will not return and do not recommend

The view was beautiful but the rest was BRUTAL. We had a 6pm reservation and were sat at 610. We had waters for a good 15 minutes before ordering. I ordered a Big Swell beer and was given a different beer and told they were out of the one I ordered. I’m not sure I’ve ever been given a different drink without input. We ordered a pork chop and were told it would take longer and we were ok with that. At 745 after the other food was long finished we were told there was a mixup with the pork chop. At that point we decided to leave without two of us eating. No manager or anyone came to talk. The waiter apologized but nothing taken off or reduced. Do NOT recommend.

The lady seating everyone or the hostess I guess(?) was one of the saddest people i’ve ever seen, she seemed upset or angry or frustrated or something. Nothing welcoming about her.. didn’t smile or anything.. I guess could be tired of her job? Either way, we got seated in a table that was between two other tables with a tiny amount of gap and it was super awkward but whatever. Food was great, service was great. Finding the restaurant via maps is a pita bcoz they apparently just recently moved and maps are not updated. We lost 15 mins just trying to locate it and turns out its IN the Royal Lahaina hotel, not outside as all maps would show.

Cold drinks, cold and fresh salad with garlic shrimp. Very fresh and served as shrimp was still warm. The fresh made rolls were delicious and hot. The shrimp cocktail was fresh and served in a bed of ice. Our server was friendly and attentive.
