Went here on out last night. Had the 5 course tasting menu All came out decorated like art All dished were excellent (maybe not the chicken/lobster mix) The drink were excellent as well Took about 3 hours total Expensive but a top rate restaurant

I stayed at La Villa Hibiscus, so only thought it appropriate to reserve a spot for dinner on one of my nights there. I was greeted by friendly staff as I arrived, and was escorted to the lower level area by the front door to relax with a drink before the meal. I tried to order a Whiskey Sour, but the waitress told me the restaurant was unable to make any drinks other than the ones on the menu. A bit disappointing, but I still ordered a cocktail from the list. It was very good, regardless. Afterwards, I was seated. I ordered the mid-level course with wine pairing. While the dishes were very nice, they were also admittedly a bit smaller in portions than I'd hoped. Thankfully staff members came by frequently with bread so I was able to fill up that way. All-in-all, a nice experience. According to the locals I met, La Villa Hibiscus is easily one of the most expensive, exclusive restaurants on St. Martin. Budget as if you're going to a high-end steakhouse, and double it if you're going with a wine pairing.

Absolutely FABULOUS! Creative tasting menu presented by congenial server team. The environment was uniquely soothing and relaxing. Chef was kind enough to invite into the kitchen after our meal for a behind-the-scenes perspective.

The best dining experience we had on the island. From ambience to attention to detail in every aspect of the experience everything was above and beyond. The chef is a masterful and creative talent. The food was exquisite!! Service was impeccable also.

A real French culinary experience in paradise. Each of the dishes was better than the last, with amazing combinations of flavors and an extremely knowledgeable staff when it comes to the wine pairings. Dinner does take a while, especially if you order the Prestige menu, but you’re in paradise and you’ll want to savor every bite!

Les plats, véritables œuvres d'art, alliaient créativité et respect des saveurs authentiques. La carte des vins, minutieusement élaborée, s’accordait parfaitement avec chaque met, rendant l’expérience encore plus mémorable. Le cadre élégant et raffiné ajoutait une touche supplémentaire à cette parenthèse de pur bonheur. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation Bravo !"

Une expérience magique du début à la fin ! Chaque plat était un véritable chef-d'œuvre, plein de saveurs et de finesse. Le service était attentif et chaleureux, le cadre raffiné et apaisant. Une soirée parfaite que je ne suis pas prête d’oublier. Bravo à toute l’équipe !

Que dire si ce n’est que c’est LA place to be! Incroyable , classe, délicieux, tout pour une romance à 2 sans être cliché . Saint Martin à une chance de compter un chef , un endroit ,aussi haut de gamme tels qu’on puisse normalement rencontrer que dans de grandes villes. une exception ! Waouw plus plus

Un véritable enchantement ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par l'atmosphère paisible et chaleureuse du lieu, un écrin de sérénité parfait pour savourer un moment unique. Le service est impeccable, avec un personnel souriant et attentionné, rendant chaque instant d’autant plus agréable. Et que dire de la cuisine ? Un travail exceptionnel, des assiettes magnifiquement présentées où chaque bouchée est un pur délice. Chaque saveur est étudiée, chaque texture est maîtrisée. Un sans-faute du début à la fin.
