   It was my second visit at the restaurant. The food and experience were really good so we came back to celebrate the new year of 2025. However our experience this time was less satisfactory. My main issue was the flawed waiting system that caused us waiting for more than two hours. We registered at the door at 5:38pm, Dec 30 2024. The lady working there told us the waiting time could be 45 minutes or less. We received the text message verifying that we were waiting in line. When it was close to 7pm, we saw many tables left and many groups went in, but we still haven’t received any message. I asked the ladies ( two different staff) how many tables were still ahead of us, they said they could not tell because they needed to give priorities to people when made reservations. That’s when I realized the restaurant waiting line is fundamentally flawed because people who reserved via OpenTable, even if they reserved after we registered at the door, would be put in front of us. As a result, we were put in “infinite” wait, until the restaurant is empty enough to have spare tables. To verify my observation, I immediately reserved the earliest slot at 7:45pm after I talked to the staff. I made the reservation at 7:04pm. We got in at around 7:40pm with this reservation. For our earlier registration at 5:38pm, we only received a “ready” message around 8pm, when there were several empty tables. It fully proved my conclusion. If we were not put by the staff in this waiting line, instead reserved via OpenTable when we first arrived, we would got in earlier. But we were mislead by the staff, or she didn’t know either. I explained the problem to the staff but they seemed not fully understanding it and not able to do anything either. I request the management to change and improve the system. There should only be one line ( online or in person) and no customers should be put in such forever waiting situation.

   The food is good but the service is not. Even though we were there for 6pm, they were already out of 4 or 5 menu options. The entrees come at different times and they said there is nothing that can be done about this, so we finished our pasta before the other half of the group got their pizza. We finished apps before the drinks even got to the table. Had to get up to ask staff for water and drink refills, because the server was not attentive. Especially for the price, they need some work on the customer service side.

   Nicole C was our waitress. I had to make several menu changes as I was told they were out of my first 3 choices. Pizza came half hour after my friends pasta. Service was terrible and pizza was burnt. Have been here several times before but after today will rethink this restaurant.

   Great experience- kids really enjoy the kids pizza made in different shapes. Cocktail, pizza and pastas all very tasty

   Despite having a reservation, they put us in a very uncomfortable place because we were only 2 and all sits for two are very uncomfortable and the service was no good at all. Very disappointing

   Sophie us one of the best servers in toronto. We LOVE HER!!! Even tough they were so busy today, service was excellent and the food was better than ever!!!! This place never disappoints!

    Excellent Italian fare with natural ingredients, and unusual concept of several different restaurants all on one floor, along with food, beverage and dessert retail offerings.
