   I decided to dine at this Eataly restaurant, seeking a warm meal on a cold day. No disappointment. The service was acceptable at the beginning of the meal. Beverages, rustic bread, appetizer, and pasta arrived with no delay. As the establishment filled up rapidly, the server basically forgot me. I would have no issue with the restaurant if they had enough staff to handle the influx. I liked the menu choices and have no complaints about the quality and presentation of the fare. When I needed a fork to finish a delightfully overfilled canollo, the server seemed puzzled until I told him why I was unable to finish it. Perhaps this was a one-off. The restaurant serves good fare, but needs to staff for peak hours.

   The food was plain and mediocre to be sure. Five, people, and no one expressed any joy! Everything else was fine, from the ambiance, the space and the service. Nice people. Too bad they are cutting corners in the kitchen. (My clam pasta was just that: clams, and pasta with an unremarkable wet sauce.) If you can barely notice the food, it is not worth, socially or financially, to go there.

   Service was excellent! Food was delicious! I ordered the lunch special for $24 (mortadella with pistachio pesto + cavatelli with sausage and rapini).

   Fantastic service paired with perfectly executed dishes. We had the supplì, polenta, gnocchi and bolognese. Pasta cooked perfectly Nd appetizers filled with flavour.
