The Margherita A Ruota Di Garro Pizza with the Burrata cheese was amazing. The pizza is so flavorful and the creamy cheese was a great combination. We will definitely be going back for the pizza alone. Everything came out very fast and and service was friendly and expedient.

I have never filled out a review before, but I was very disappointed with this meal. We went there for my husbands 50th birthday and the food was not good. Both the appetizers and pasta dishes lacked salt. My son ordered a pasta dish with truffle that tasted like buttered noodles which we sent back. He did not get his replacement meal for another 30 minutes (everyone else was done eating) and we were charged for it. We were catching a show so he had to eat the replacement meal in a rush (which the waiter knew about at the beginning of the meal). The bruschetta with burrata mushroom appetizer lacked salt. The mozzarella fritters lacked salt. The good items were the bruschetta with squash and ricotta appetizer and the tiramisu. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

This used to be a great spot but for about a year or so the pizza is not as good as I remember. It’s thinner than before and not as flavorful. The calamari has also been different and very greasy. Service has always been solid. The restaurant is big but at time it does fills up. Recommend making reservations if you decide to dine here. The prices are high compared to other Italian restaurants around so expect to drop a pretty coin on average quality food.

Great food, the pizza and calamari were amazing. Our server, she was attentive and overall did a great job plus she recommended the mole cola, and I feel in love with it.

Great lunch experience. We each ordered pasta -they were served perfectly cooked and piping hot. So tasty! The Rucola salad, arugula lightly dressed with EVOO and lemon dressing, is a perfect opener to share. We have enjoyed meals at La Pasta and La Pizza around the world and have never had better service than we did today in Chicago.
