It was our first time trying out this place have to say that pasta was really really delicious. Definitely worth a try. The service was OK obviously it was a crowded place since it’s in the middle of downtown and very touristy. I would say that the only thing that I didn’t like that it was overpriced. I understand that everything is made from scratch, but it’s a little bit way too expensive.

We ordered light food..2 pizzas and a salad for 3 people. Although next time we will get the fresh fettuccine served tableside in the cheese wheel with truffles..looked delicious and fun! Our server was friendly. We will definitely return.

Went for a family dinner on a Friday night with a reservation. The positive is that we were seated on time and the food was well prepared and enjoyable. We also did some grocery shopping afterwards and the parking validation makes the visit more convenient and affordable. The negatives were the service and noise level. We had to raise our voices to nearly a tell to communicate across the table. The host staff was not overtly rude, but all three which we interacted with were curt, unfriendly and seemed unhappy to be there. Our waiter was polite, but seemed overwhelmed and poorly trained. For example, as soon as we were seated and handed menus he immediately asked for our orders. When he took or orders he didn’t write anything down and immediately had to return and ask everyone to repeat their order. When he brought the check it was wrong - overcharging us by $60+ and when I pointed out the math he said he was sure it was correct but would check (when he returned he acknowledged the error). The other staff that brought our food never smiled or engaged with us in any pleasant way. My family understands that the service industry is hard work and are always polite, friendly and show gratitude. Unfortunately, it felt as if the staff were prisoners forced to wait on guests against their will. From my experience when all the staff are ill at ease, unfriendly, and poorly trained this is often a reflection of bad management, underpayment of employees, and a poor work culture which eliminate the incentive for employees to strive to provide good service. It’s unfortunate because the food is enjoyable, but at this price point you can find equally good options with a better ambiance and overall experience.

Great food - no rush. Server was a little busy and overwhelmed but all of the food came out at a nice pace. Would highly recommend the calimari! Burrata was also delicious as well as the zucchini ravioli. We had too get the fresh parmesan pasta made table side for the experience. Wine recommendations were great! Pistachio cannoli did hit the spot at the end. We were very full!

While no one thing was bad, at $75 a plate it's not worth it. Wait staff were scarce during the meal, serving of the entrees wasn't coordinated (our waiter said up front that this would happen because "the two chefs didn't get along.". He wasn't joking), bread and olive oil ($5) came after the entrees, and dinner plates weren't cleared when the dessert came. Leftover containers had to be asked for when it was clear we needed them, and then a bag for the food again had to be requested. There are better choices in that area.
