   Very small but great for quiet intimate conversations, the atmosphere is good and staff are welcoming and friendly.

   My partner and I wanted a nice Tapas place to have date night, she'd been here before some years ago and said it was amazing. Upon arrival, we had to wait 5 minutes to be seen and then seated. The menu ordering system is decent and easy to understand, I just wish there were pictures of the food, as some dishes came a little different than you'd expect. The menu also states if it's busy, you could be waiting up to an hour which I'm more than happy with as you'd then expect a high quality good tasting meal... right? Nope, wrong. It all came bland as hell and obviously rushed. The staff were so busy that a number of times I had to politely insist they attend to us as we were waiting so long. Learning that the owner changed hands does make a lot of sense. Understaffed and poor quality food just rings of a new owner trying to make ends meet and squeeze some profits. Riding on the previous owner's reputations only works for so long. If the food was about half the price, I would have been perfectly happy with the whole experience but they've set the scene for an authentic, above average experience and grossly under delivered. All in all the whole experience was poor enough that you wouldn't have me revisiting.

   Seated quickly and drinks brought while deciding what to order. Tick box ordering system clear and easy to use. Would have been useful to be made aware by serving staff that food was cooked fresh to order so we would be waiting a while. We k ew this but useful for new customers. Food delicious as always! Few updates to the menu due to new owners. Feedback requested by servers and provided. Would definitely go again!

   Booked in for 8:30 ordered food by 8:40 waited 40 minutes before chasing up to be told we were behind two other tables. Food then arrived soon after but mushrooms were lukewarm and over half of the mussels weren’t open….bit of a red flag and seemed that the food had been rushed. Remaining food was average. Have been here a few times before and was much better. Staff were lovely and explained a chef had phoned in sick and they were short staffed . Did refund the mussels and further 10% off the bill.

   Love La Mancha! Great food and friendly staff. Had a very long wait last time, but I’m sure it was just a one-off. We will be back!

   Warm reception. Good food. Comfortable seating- although high. Polite and prompt service. Plenty of choice on the menu.

   After visiting la Mancha for many years we were concerned that having new owners may change the experience. However we were delighted that apart from some positive changes to the decor nothing had changed. The food was amazing, the staff were very busy but managed to be pleasant and attentive and it did not seem as loud as usual making it a great night out. Thank you to the staff, see you again next time!
