When you are seeking authentic Italian cuisine there is not a comparable restaurant in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. La Locanda Ristorante Italiano offers a quiet setting where you can enjoy intimate moments with friends and family. We offer semi private dining and a charming bar area, where guest can enjoy a glass of wine and an antipasto. We offer happy hour Monday - Friday from 4:30pm - 6pm in the bar. Featuring a selection of small bites, select wines by the glass $5, $2 off cocktails & amp; beer.

This is a restaurant where everyone is treated like family. Our menu is simple and direct, offering fresh original recipes from the North regions of Italy. Pasta is freshly made in house topped with mouthwatering recipes. The wine and cocktail lists offers a range for every palate and budget. Hearty, flavorful entree includes meats and seafood selections. Salad are comprised of fresh organic local ingredients. We pride our self of a prompt, friendly and relaxed service

Our food was delicious! It was New Year’s Eve and I know it was busy when we arrived, but our service was very slow (our server was doubling as the bartender). It also happened to be my husband’s birthday and the host acknowledged that when we arrived, but we were seated at the worst table in the restaurant, right next to the busy kitchen and no one acknowledged the birthday at the table. I made the reservations well in advance, they could have seated us elsewhere. I should have spoken up at the time… but the food was very good.

The food was great with authentic tastes! But the dessert I ordered panna cotta with caramel sauce but they served me with strawberry sauce, still tasted good though. It's recommended for family gathering or friends hanging out, good place and food!

Quiet dinner with friends. It's been a while since dining here and it was just as good as i remembered. The staff was attentive and friendly and the food delicious.

Kathy’s chicken Parmesan was perfectly prepared, served over rigatoni,,with generous and flavorful tomato sauce. Linguine Frutti di Mare was loaded with Mussels, Scallop, Salmon, Shrimp,Calamari, Calabrian Chili Tomato Sauce. Wonderful.
