Food and drink quality subpar. They were not that busy and the wait time to even get a drink was too long.

Made reservation several weeks in advance for a birthday party with 13 people . Send a message as well saying it was a special birthday for my 93 year old dad . We got there , she had No clue about the reservation , table was not set up , staff was sweet , but completely unprepared for a large table . Chips were ok , queso was good , everyone seemed ok with the food . Music was uncensored Rap music which ruined the atmosphere , the tv had the hangover movie on , which another table with young kids probably didn’t appreciate . SO we won’t be back . I felt bad for the staff , the manager let them down by not keeping up with open table reservations . We didn’t complain because I didn’t want to ruin my dad’s bday . It was already uncomfortable enough . 🫤

We were 11 people celebrating birthdays. It was our birthday weekend and we chose Steamboat. Reservation was easy and table was ready.

This place is in a strip mall. The food came out way too fast and we realized why- the tortillas were nuked in the microwave and hard. Don’t go here.

Atrocious service. I asked for our server to come to the table 3 times over a 45 minute period. When I finally connected with him near the kitchen, he said he was too busy to help us. He reported that his hand held menu device was not working and that there were not enough servers on the floor to manage theguest load
