   Troy was so amazing!!! After our dinner he gave us a tour of the whole place and was overall such a great person! Everyone who helped at our table was patient and kind and we had a lot of people so we appreciated the patience it took to deal with us. Everyone is so so great!!

   Lovely restaurant. Taylor, our waiter was excellent. Food was delicious and the atmosphere was wonderful. If you haven’t been there before arrive a few minutes early and walk around the grounds. Very lovely area and the waterfowl and peacocks are a bonus.

   We had a wonderful experience dining at La Caille. The restaurant was beautiful, the service was excellent, and the dinner was absolutely delicious!! What a fun way to celebrate a birthday...we felt "so special" to be dining there.

   La Caille is always amazing. Driving up the brick path to the restaurant and looking at the grounds is always beautiful. Valet service was immediate, and walking in you definitely feel like you're stepping into another world. We were seated promptly, and the staff were gracious and prompt. It was a bit noisy, but that was largely due to a couple of tables that were having a lot of fun. You can't begrudge them that. Our waiter was fantastic. We started off with escargot, which was delicious. Then French onion soup, which is the best I've ever had anywhere. I had the salmon, and my lovely date had the filet mignon. Presentation was beautiful, and the food was delicious. I had a glass of Russian River Pinot Noir, which was delicious. We had an amazing bread pudding dessert, and the staff even wrote Happy Birthday on the plate for my girlfriend. Overall, a wonderful evening. It is expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for. Highly recommended.

   Going into Le Caille, I had medium expectations. I'd heard from a couple of people that the food was not as good as it was supposed to be, that the restaurant has gone downhill, and was more like a nice steakhouse rather than a fancy French Restaurant. That being said, those rumors were false. Everything I ate was delicious! I got the stuffed chicken and my wife got the filet mignon. The portions were fairly decent, not the small tiny portions that everyone had told me you'd get. The soups were delicious, and the orange chocolate cake was incredible! Spent about $200 with a $30 tip. I had fun, and maybe it was more to the newness of it all for me, but I still highly reccommend.

    Great experience and appreciate the staff tolerating the large party of 7. A great trip remembered by staying at the Chateau and eating at La Caille
