Restaurante Casona Sforza abraza un concepto de hospitalidad donde el confort y la elegancia se conjugan en un entorno donde la naturaleza y el diseño estimulan los sentidos.
A cargo de los chefs Andrés Trujillo y Vanessa Franco.
Este nuevo capítulo gastronómico se ha concebido a partir de un auténtico compromiso con la sustentabilidad y el empleo de las más depuradas técnicas de preparación para rendir un homenaje a las bondades del mar y la tierra, al tiempo que se resalta una cocina sincera con la premisa de comer rico y con el producto de la mejor calidad.
La pesca del día, mejillones, pastas frescas y ensaladas son algunas de las opciones del menú principal.
La panadería y la repostería, que se suman a la propuesta culinaria, aportan un toque inédito, pues en la mañana se puede disfrutar de bizcochos que salen de su propio horno, mientras que por la tarde se dispone de postres que cuentan con técnicas refinadas y en los que incorporan mango, mamey y chocol

    Muy buena atención, por parte de todo el staff; en particular de Mila y Margo. Cualquier platillo salado o dulce es garantía de calidad y técnica. Carta de vino buena y a precios razonables. Se agradece la atención y la rica comida.

    Waited almost an hour to be seated for our reservation. Food was mediocre, cocktails were hit or miss and both took forever to arrive once ordered. Ambience was nice except the sound of other desperate guests who were also waiting to be sat complaining to the servers. Seemed like they were severely understaffed and disorganized. We had to ask for water three times. The desert was actually pretty good. Glad we gave it a chance. The staff were all very kind and professional amidst the chaos. Severely overpriced for the experience service and quality of food.

    La comida estuvo fenomenal, la inversión y cambio de chef que han hecho fue la mejor decisión! Estuvo espectacular todo. Calidad y sabor de alimentos, presentación, las bebidas. Pero sobretodo el servicio, súper atentos y con una sonrisa en todo momento. Muchas felicidades!
