La Bise has the potential to be an awesome eatery. The bottle of wine we got was a good pairing for the veal and duck with orange sauce. The service was excellent this time. However, small amenities in the bathroom (men's and women's), such as hand lotion and a pleasant scent, are lacking. I guess we have been spoiled by top-notch amenities in other eateries of the same caliber. Overall, we had a decent experience, considering it was not my top choice because other choices were unavailable at the time.

Seated 40 minutes after reserved time for food that wasn’t worth it. Six dishes, none memorable. Go somewhere else.

Was not a great experience had reservation weeks in advance, was 30 minute wait from our original time. Overall was not very happy decent food saved the experience.

This is always a wonderful experience. For Valentine’s Day they had a fixed price menu with wonderful and yummy choices. Even had special wines for the occasion. The service was pleasant and not rushed. We live this place especially for special occasions.

One of my favorite D.C. restaurants. The food and service both are always top notch. No matter whether you are a fan of fish, red meat, or chicken, there are always choices available and they never disappoint. The service is professional and the staff is warm and welcoming.

It is always a pleasure to go to La Bise. The ambience is very nice, tables are spaced and they try hard to accommodate requests. Food is delicious and well presented. Dina, she is always there to greet you and manage the place. I asked the waiter to take a photo and mentioned it was our anniversary. Not only they sent two champagne glasses but Dina came later to our table to congratulate us. We had a great time. We do not live close, Bethesda, but like to come for special occasions or for special friends wehn visiting.
