   I could not rave more about this restaurant! My husband and I moved here in June and have been missing Shabu! We have been on a search to find a good Shabu place and we finally found it! We were so impressed! I think good Shabu, with good sauces, is hard to do and they did it! Not only with the Shabu but also with all the other menu items! The ahi toast was the best ahi I have had in a long time! Nice big and fresh pieces! The service was also amazing! The owner, Jeff, came by to check on our meal and so did the Chef, Nick! We will be back and I highly recommend you try them out also, I think you will be impressed!

   Kosho was great. This was our first Japanese food since we returned from our Japan vacation and the everything was terrific! The salmon crudo was like butter and the chicken karage just like in Japan.

   The Raw bar menu was the highlight of the evening! The croquettes and the wagyu short rib skewers were really good as well.

   Natalie our server was great! We did the shabu bar and it tastes good. The seasonal dessert was awesome too

   Amazing menu and service. Cocktails well-balanced, very authentic menu - all items were delicious. Noise level was great for conversation. Will definitely be back.
