It was an incredible experience. Took my daughter here for her 14th birthday. It was her first experience with very fine dining. The sauce was incredible for my filet. We had the carrot cake and key lime dessert and both were absolutely delicious. I’m already wishing we could go back this trip. The service was perfection.

Our experience at Knife and Spoon was SO yum!! 😋 The service was so amazing that we even got 6 different waiters! The bread service was also amazing and they gave you 3 options to choose from. The rest of the meal was delicious even though it was a little on the pricey side. But the restaurant was very elegant and had very exquisite decorative designs. At the end of the meal we were joking about it being my husbands birthday and they overheard and actually brought us a cake 😱 How kind of them!! Overall I rate it a 9.5 out of 10! hehe

Truly one of the best dining experiences we've ever had. We came to celebrate our 8th wedding anniversary and the team really went above and beyond to make us feel special. Highly recommend for a special occasion or super elevated date night.

This place acting like a Michelin-starred restaurant is laughable. First, I asked for a black napkin—nope. The waitstaff was polite and attentive, or at least they would have been if I could hear a word they were saying—and this was at a 5:30 PM reservation. Drinks came quickly, which was nice, but my cocktail glass was taken away without anyone offering me another. I ordered a Caesar salad with anchovies, while my son had his without. As far as I could tell, my “anchovy” version had half an anchovy on each side of the lettuce mountains. The dressing? A thick pile of what tasted like pure mayonnaise with cheese on top. After two bites, I told the server I was leaving and to cancel my entrée. No questions, no apologies—just an “OK, have a good night.” The menu is limited, and if you don’t like dry-aged steak, your only option is filet mignon. Overall, an underwhelming experience that doesn’t justify a conversation about being anything close to a Michelin restaurant.

Food is quite good (salads, hamachi, onion rings and bolognese pasta are standouts) but the service for a restaurant at this level leaves a lot to be desired. Waited a long time for someone to take our drink orders, had to ask for bread service while we watched the other tables get bread service and the one right behind us get it twice. The table next to us of two got one steak delivered and the woman had to wait several minutes for her steak. That should have been a warning to us. When my table’s food came, my steak was cooked appropriately but was cold. And my husband’s chicken was super hot. Became very apparent the kitchen has timing issues and cannot get the food timed and served appropriately. My steak had definitely been sitting there for a while waiting to be delivered. Such a shame for what was a great filet. They also forgot one of our sides and that came half way through our meal after we had to ask for it. My husband’s drink also sat empty repeatedly and kept having to ask someone to be able to order a new drink. Our waiter disappeared for most of the meal. We were celebrating mine and my Mom’s birthday. And despite the hostess wishing us a happy birthday, that was it. No comped dessert at this place. The dessert was also the worst part of the meal, so I wouldn’t recommend ordering dessert. It’s a shame because the food is very good and that’s normally the hard part. Hopefully it was an off night. But paying $550 for three people, it’s a hard pill to swallow for such off service.

Knife and Spoon is excellent--the steaks are simply better than anything you are going to find in North/Central Florida--far better...it may be very expensive, but it's worth it...

Pedro and Petar did an amazing job. They gave us a truly special experience and even remembered that we had dined here before. 10/10 excellent service. Would recommend to a friend.

We had been to Knife and Spoon before but this last time was to celebrate our 51st wedding anniversary. They made us feel so special. From the greeting to the servers. They even gave us free champagne and dessert. The food was excellent and so were the waiters. This visit was truly extraordinary! And, of course, we will be back.
