   We were excited to go here, and the Terrace experience sounded like a good option for us. When we got there at 5pm (a bit earlier to have a drink at bar) it was extremely loud. Nobody could hear over each other, since all guests had to speak very loudly. The music was very overpowering, the server even mentioned that it was very loud. We ended up leaving to eat somewhere else for dinner. We were very let down by the whole experience.

   It was great. The happy hour is AMAZING value. I went by myself to enjoy some “me” time with a cocktail and a bite. I sat at the bar where the bartender was busy making drinks for the wait staff and was not very accommodating to me. I wish I’d sat at my table I reserved instead of the bar. Also the ceiling kept dripping water on me.

   The appetizers were great. The steak wasn't good, in my opinion. The service was good. We won't be back.

   Habian rentado la mitad de el restaurante en el rooftop para una cumpleaños ,y estaba todo horrible,no se podia pasar para el bar,los de el cumpleaños gritando y tomaneo todas las mesas incluso en la parte que no habian rentado,en fin nosotros estuvimos a punto de levantarnos he irnos, los camareroa fueron muy amables y profesionales y la comoda estaba aceptable pero a decir verdad no se corresponde calidad precio , yo esperaba algo mejor . Terminamos la noche en el restaurante de abajo Casadonna porque la verdad Klaw no me gustó ni el rooftop ni la parte cerrada ,allí no voy nunca mas ni lo recomiendo para gastar dinero, mejor ir a otro sitio,de hecho a la salida le dejè dicho al manager que por favor la proxima vez que rentara la mitad de el restaurante para cumpleaños , no rentara mesas para cenar de otras personas y fui clara diciendo que no quedè satisfecha y que allí no volvería.

   Literally one of THE best restaurants we’ve been to in Miami!! Dylan was our server and he was phenomenal, so knowledgeable about everything and gave great recs! The best crab legs i have ever eaten in my life were from here! Can’t wait to go back

   Service severely lacked. Empty restaurant, yet dishes very slow to come out, little to no check-in from server, GM onsite had an attitude even though it was a $700 dinner. Zero hospitality from management, and even a scoff when we requested a condiment for the truffle fries.

   Despite the pleasant ambiance and attentive service, the dining experience was marred by the absence of crab dishes, which were the primary attraction for me. While the drinks were of subpar quality, the warm atmosphere was unfortunately overshadowed by excessive noise. Therefore, I recommend seating next to a companion to mitigate the impact of the ambient noise. We enjoyed the steak list and chose a ribeye. I’d prefer lunch over dinner.

    If we could give six stars for service, we would. A great meal in a cool spot. Highly recommend even if you don’t eat steak (I had fish)!
