   our server misunderstood our order and was missing one of our appetizer items one thing i notice was apps were preprepared as the came out within minutes of our ordering the eggplant appetizer looks great on the menu but it was fair at best-there was almost no eggplant in the order. the burrata app was excellent i had the branzino was was a very small size, my son had the strip steak and my wife the filet- by far the filet is the way to go compared to the strip steak.

   We have been regulars at Kitchen North and have never had anything but a fabulous evening. Food, service and ambience all consistently outstanding. Our favorite restaurant!!!

   The good and service at The Kitchen North is exceptional. Starting with a cocktail at the bar with April through table service with Cassandra, it was a memorable evening. The fish specials, swordfish for me and halibut for my wife, were both incredible. We highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion.

   My wife and I visited your restaurant on a Saturday night for the first time and was looking forward to it. The evening started off tremendously as we sat at the bar and had a cocktail. The two female bartenders were fantastic. We had a 6:30 reservation for dinner. They brought us to our table in the very back room which was a little disappointing. The waitress initially was fantastic as she presented the specials and asked us if we needed anything else. When my meal came, it looked fabulous. My wife had the Bronzino and thought it was very good. I ordered the pork chop and unfortunately the apple chutney that was on top of it was not at all to my liking. I pushed all that off the side of the plate and kept looking for the waitress so I can get a second plate to put the pork chop on it alone. We never saw her again until 10 minutes after we finished our meal. In addition, at one point, I wanted a little ice for my drink and ended up going to the bar to ask for a glass of ice as once again our waitress was nonexistent. Overall, I have to say our experience was not at all what we expected and was somewhat disappointed When the waitress finally showed up our table I explained to her that that chutney on my pork chop was not good, she responded “well people have different taste”. Not the response I would ever expect from a high-class restaurant. To top off the evening, when the waitstaff was cleaning the table next to us, they knocked the candle on the floor. The glass shattered and hit both of our legs. Not one staff member asked if we were ok. When we arrived home, we both had candle wax on our clothing (pants). I think we will come back again,(as the bar staff was great) and we'll sit at the bar.

   Foods ehhh, service is so so and the place is loud. Also be ready to order apps and your meal all together because you can’t do it any other way apparently. Save your money go somewhere else.
