   Amazing location with stunning views. We visited for my birthday last weekend. Although it wasn’t sunny and was slightly rainy, we went there specifically for the view. Unfortunately, they had closed off the view with a plastic curtain. When we asked them to open it, they refused, claiming it was due to the rain. However, it wasn’t raining enough to wet the premises. As I walked around the balcony area, I noticed that apart from our section, all other areas were open, allowing people to enjoy the view without any issues. Because of this, I couldn’t fully enjoy my experience. It is also quite pricey. Would I go there again? Nope!

   Sorry, what? Did you forget already that we DID open your blind? It is ridiculous giving us 3 stars because we tried to protect your family from the elements. You sat on table 16, right at the balcony edge facing South/East. It only just started to clear up when you arrived. I would have to move your table AND another table out of the way to open "your" blind. The other table just received their main course and I thought you might realize that your request was a bit selfish. I was explaining that very clearly, trying to buy the other couple some time so they could eat in peace. Together - YOU and I opened the blinds then... did you forget that part already? YES, some other tables had open blinds because they were set up at the house wall and NOT right at the balcony... unbelievable...

   We enjoyed a lovely outing to this beautiful place in the mountains of the Sunshine Coast. The food was delicious, and served by friendly people. We just loved the traditional atmosphere while listening to uplifting music.

   Second time dining here. Lived up to expectations even after crises with fridges. Our foodie friends lived the meal, the wine and the beer. The Weiss beer (non alcoholic) was very tasty. Service and atmosphere fabulous. Great for small and large groups.

   The food was great but was disappointed with the service. I think they forgot about our table. It took over 45 minutes for them to come take our order and we received our meals about 40 minutes after that. Every time we ordered a drink, they forgot it completely and we had to remind them and then it would take another 20 minutes to arrive. They had about 5 staff waiting tables and only maybe 10 tables to take care of so it was not a staffing issue

   Dear Natasha, thank you very much for your feedback. I am pleased to hear that the food was great and I do sincerely apologize for Saturday lunch time service. It was not our finest day that is for sure, I do acknowledge that. We were 4 floor staff but one of them decided to go out the night before and was not much of a help which was very frustrating and unfortunately resulted in your bad experience. You may see on other reviews that we usually managing to exceed expectations, not in your instance unfortunately, however I do hope you'll come back another time so we can prove that.    Loved it, the building the furniture the view the staff and the food. Pork knuckle and apple strut. I highly recommend . If you love your meat and you don’t like your dessert too sweet.
