                                                                                                                                                                              We went for my 9 year old son's birthday. We were one of three parties in the restaurant. The service was quick but taste was not so great. Crab legs had little and I mean little crab meat in them. No tool to take the meat out. Pasta with red sauce had no sauce on it and then was returned to add the sauce and then came back with some white sauce. Not great. Ordered french fries that never came but rice did that we didn't order. We were then charged for the rice and fries came after the meal was just a out done. Asked them to sing happy birthday and came out with a piece of cake and candle. Shortly after music was played. Good thing we were singing because the staff wasn't. Very sweet waitress but she can't make up for the entire experience. Good thing we were automatically charged 18% gratuity. Overral not great. We will not be returning. We left hungry and broke. Lol

We needed up leaving and going to another restaurant. What’s the point of making a reservation if it’s not going to be honored. Very disappointed!!!

                                                                                                                                                                              Low frills is an understatement. We were seated by a tv and the sound was on (I’ve seen sports events on tv at restaurants but not the news with the sound on). They rush you to take your order. Don’t expect much once you give them your order. You have to ask for plates, they are paper. You have to ask for forks. They don’t have lobster/crab picks. Don’t expect anyone to come back to your table to see of you need anything after they drop off your food.

They put paper over the table and grease soaked through the paper. I asked for it to be cleaned. They removed the soaked paper and put another paper on top. Never washed the table. Nothing that special about the food. Bathrooms were dirty. Made me wonder what the kitchen looks like.

Got seated right away. The dining experience is very messy but the food was good and seemed fresh. The food is pricey but it was nice as it was a different type of dining experience.

                                                                                                                                                                              If you like crab legs, you have to come to King Crab - the snow crab boil at $32/pound (about 2 'hands') is just outstanding, comes to table boiling hot with new potatoes and corn. We started off with a 2 pound order for 2 of us, but It was so good we ordered another 2 pounds!! Very friendly staff, lots of parking, easy to find on Transit Road.
