   The is a gorgeous space with gorgeous and delicious food. The pork secreto was tender and succulent, an excellent recommendation from our astute server. The cocktails were satisfying and we enjoyed the Verde 75. We even saw Chef Sawyer busy in the kitchen!

   We went for the Valentine's menu and it was honestly very disappointing and not at all up to the hype

   Ordered a ribeye, was cooked perfectly, but was cold like it sat out for a while before being brought to the table. Good otherwise

   Thank you Amber for the experience. The food was atrocious. Both of us ordered the Ribeye steak. I ordered the smaller steak without the bone. When my food was delivered my steak was cold. I ordered it medium well. The host was accommodating and warmed the steak which caused the steak to cook a little longer than medium well. Overall we would rate the food 1 out of 5.

   Except the entree, the Valentine’s Day dinner courses were appetizers at best. Maybe try adding a little more than a a quarter teaspoon of caviar on the giant potato chip next time. Service was really unorganized. We had ordered something before our next course and was completely forgotten after being told we would be getting some more oysters. Cocktails were amazing along with a cozy ambiance. For the price, I would look elsewhere for a nice meal.

   Incredible ambience, perfect music levels so conversation with your table is still understandable without yelling. Food and drinks were superb and portions were very generous. Service was amazing.

   One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. I ate simply (oysters and prawns) but everything was perfection! I sat at the kitchen counter which is fun for a solo diner like myself. I also appreciated that the bar happy hour prices extended to the dining room 😉

   The food was fantastic, service was great. Every one was very friendly. Our server Emily was great as well. My only issue's were the plates that the food were served on. Every one at our table had chipped or small crack's on the edges of all the plates. This was not decoration. My green plates had 3 green chips out of the plate, the white plates, altho less noticeable because they were white also had chips. For such a great restaurant and to be served with plates that looked trashed was surprising and unbelievable. There were 4 of us and we all had damaged plates that had varying amounts of chips. You have to wonder if any of those chips ended up in our food. I am surprised management wasn't aware of this, the servers had to know since they were serving the food on them.

    Friday lunch on Valentines Day right when they opened. We will be back. I walked past this place everyday when I was in grad school. I’m glad we finally went. This place smells amazing if you’re close to the kitchen. Decor is clean and neat too without feeling sterile. This is what I expect out of a place in the Sears Tower. Our server, Paulino, was great. He seemed to always check in at just the right time for drink refills or to clear plates. Great food suggestions too. The food. We both got steak frites. She had lobster bisque. I got a bonus tenderloin skewer. We got the maple flapjack cake and the s’mores cake bar. The steaks were so good you’d think the bill was going to be much higher. Fries were good. The desserts were massive, overkill for two people, and we were glad we ordered them. Our waiter gave us a heads up that the flapjack cake is already a sharing size. The s’mores cake bar was even bigger than I expected. We brought 2/3ish of each home. They tasted great. We could see taking guests there for drinks and desserts. I’d say either would be more than enough for four adults with sweet tooths. Flavors were great. I’m looking forward to eating more of the desserts over the weekend. We will be back to try more of the menu.
