Love the setting. Beautiful and very relaxed for a Sunday. The food seems to have gone down a little in quality. Lots of things limited on menu. Portions were very small and my steak was over cooked and tasted slightly off Since the new take over the food is. It as good. French food is easy to do well but I am afraid as much as we love Kettners, it does need to improve. The setting is lovely and staff and fab. Very attentive and relaxed. Never feel rushed off the table. It’s a for Favorite but the food really does need improving. Sorry.. I hate to me negative but we love going to Kettners and just want better quality food and value for money .

We had a lovely experience at Kettners. It has changed a lot since we came years ago but all for the better. Lovely food, good value; especially for London and great service.

The French restaurant menu standard fare is good. The member of the waiting staff looking after us had the irritating trait of wanting every item to be ordered according to their preferred sequence and terminology which got rather wearing. The biggest problem is that the restaurant is accessed via a busy bar with an easy-to-miss reception desk; and on leaving our way out was blocked by a party moving through to the restaurant. We were happy to give them priority. Not so the waiter who pushed me out of the way to speed his path to the kitchen.

Food was simple but extremely good, typically French. Room glamorous and at the same time comfortable. Waiters lacked charm but rest of the staff were excellent. Overall highish price but you get what you pay for, would definitely recommend.

This was a wonderful find on a wet autumn evening! The food, service and ambience were all very good. I would highly recommend Kettner and we will definitely eat there again.

Atmosphere is great - buzzy without being noisy, busy without being crowded. Staff could not have been more helpful in accommodating our group and all our extra requests. Food is not as good as it has been, but drinks still good and good value. Thank you!
