I came here with my parents who were visiting for the week. We tried to make a reservation around 6pm (same day) but ended up going around 8 because it was so busy (understandably so!) but I'm glad they were able to fit us in! I would definitely recommend making a reservation a few days in advance, especially on a weekend.
My dad got the seafood tower as an entree and loved it! He was raving about what a good price it was too, he frequently orders seafood towers and it seems like they are usually about $75 for one person, but Kennedy's was around 36 for 2 people! It was a ton of seafood, very fresh and great quality so it's definitely a lot of bang for your buck.
I got the filet mignon with mashed potatoes and asparagus and everything was incredible. I recommend getting their house steak sauce to go with any of their steaks.
They have lots of fun cocktails, I got the hibiscus drop (sort of like a lemon drop with hibiscus), it was sweet, tart, refreshing, and it comes with a sugar rim with crushed hibiscus leaves (I loved all the details, their attention to detail is evident!)
Honorable mention to the creme brulee and bread they bring out, both to die for!!
The ambiance is incredibly classy, it's old fashioned, yet the details are sleek and modern. They have an absolutely gorgeous fully stocked bar with an extensive cocktail, spirit, and wine list.
Their items are appropriately priced, and they have a range of options for different price points which is awesome (especially for a college town).
Overall we had such a good time, the staff was incredibly friendly, professional and treat every customer like royalty! I even received a call a few days later from Kennedy's thanking me for joining them and saying they hope to see me soon! (I'm sure they do that for everyone, but still made me feel special!)
