   Made a reservation for 8pm, received a call at 802pm from a rude guy telling me there was no guarantee for table as I wasn’t there on time. Not only did he have zero manners, These people gave me a 2minute grace period yet the service took forever! All in all it was a joke and I would never recommend making a reservation of any sort at this location.

   We waiting over 2 hours for our reservation because the Manager on duty refused to go over to talk to a entire section who had been there for over 3 hours, who had not ordered anything and was basically just sitting around chatting with there friends. We asked the Manager and multiple team members who told us they couldn't ask anyone to leave. The party also had over 47 individual bills that the assigned wait staff had to process. The Manager kept saying, i just work here i dont make the rules. The owner told us we can't ask anyone to leave. We were a party of 20 people, when we called prior to coming to advise the Manager that are party has grown in size and would they still be able to accommodate us the Manager told us that it's no issue to come. That night they lost a lot of business from paying customers because the managers inability to manager the dinning floor. I would not return with a large party or any party to honest.

   Great food and Nadia was an amazing server. That's the most important part of dining nowadays. The food might not be so good, but if you have a server that takes care of you, that makes up for everything. In this case, food and service was fantastic. Thank you!

   The service was good, not spectacular but definitely not sub par. Most of the food was good however they forgot all about my husbands steak topper. The cut of the steak was weird, perhaps it was an end piece and my husband requested for it to be cooked medium and it was well done. We had to send it back so while my MIL, SIL and I ate my poor hubby sat there with no food for 15-20 minutes. The second steak was good, and they did bring him extra mashed potatoes and more broccoli (his requested sides). They were also very apologetic and had no issues correcting their mistake. I will also mention I had a cocktail which was absolutely lovely and I would go back for that and the spinach cheese dip! My MIL really enjoyed herself for Mother’s day. Thanks Kelsey’s!

   Never going back again. Firstly, my reservation was for 4:45, we finally got a server 20 min later. Next, we sat and waited for our food for over 45 min. We were asked if we wanted our appetizers first. I said yes please. 20 min later someone came with guacamole and placed it on the table alone without the rest of the appetizer. It sat there and then we got the spinach dip after the guacamole sat there for 15 min. Not to mention the noise of the restaurant from moving Tables over and over... it was Terrible the food was cold too. Very unsatisfied

   The food was fantastic, the server was nice I didn’t love her attitude but i was there for the yummy food anyways, I could almost see her behind also she was wearing way to short pants for a server.

   Just not a fan of the menu. Don’t find many good choices. First time in years we went, and we mowed might not go back for a while again. Great server we had though.
