   When our lamb chops were extra rare they took them back with haste………returned them perfectly cooked……….with an extra chop included…………accompanied by two on the house beers and a complimentary desert. Food and service outstanding……….will continue to return.

   Kellari is the perfect place to bring family and friends for an enjoyable meal. We were there to celebrate our friend's Birthday. The Manager George was incredibly helpful in picking some amazing Greek wines that we were not aware of. Sylvia took great care of us at the table and made the whole dining experience memorable. We tasted almost everything on the menu. The Lambchops, Shrimp and the Spinach Linguine were special. Do not miss the home made desserts. Having a meal at Kellari felt like having a tour of Greece without the hassle of all the travel. And as the business card says "we entered as a stranger, and left as a friend". A gem of a place in midtown Manhattan, made special by the people who work there. Thank You Sylvia and George for making our evening special.

   This was my 2nd visit. It was just as good as I remembered. My friends loved it as well. We had two outstanding fish entrees. I've never had better fish in NYC. Excellent service and dessert menu, although they ran out of vanilla ice cream. Will definitely be back!

   The food was fabulous. I loved the zucchini fritters with a bit of heat from the sauce. The tuna tartare was so fresh with the sauce being extremely complementary. I loved the chef's seafood special with a fabulous risotto with mushrooms and a branzini that was respected and grilled perfectly with minimal additions. The lamb chops were good though unevenly cooked from well done to the requested medium. The Baklava has ruined all other baklava with delicious pistachios and honey.

   Great ambiance. Lots of vegetarian options. Zucchini and eggplant chips were tasty appetizer. Vegetarian pastitso was delicious. I added a note about this being a birthday dinner when I made the reservation. To our surprise, they gave my husband a level plate of baklava and cookies for the table with a happy birthday note and candle on the plate. Server was pleasant. I would highly recommend
