Beautiful restaurant! The nest experience is absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately it did rain so we didn’t get to sit out the entire time but overall great food great experience.

El restaurante está lindo los nidos están bonitos pero definitivamente NO VALE LA PENA el costo que hay que pagar para reservar el Nido ya que la comida es lo más x y sencillo no tienen una oferta de comida que desquite o valga la pena el pago, a los que lean esto recomiendo que busquen una mejor opción pues definitivamente NO LO VALE y no regresaría, la comida cumplidora pero hasta ahí realmente no vives ninguna experiencia lo mejor fue la atención de nuestro mesero.

This was one of the most unique dining experiences I’ve personally encountered thus far in my life. Truly amazing food and views. You are seated on top of the hotels roof with beautiful unobstructed views of the ocean and jungle. The portion sizes are great and the food was delicious. Little pricey but totally worth it for the experience. Would definitely dine here again and recommend to family and friends!

Ariel that works at the roof top was also beyond what we could have imagined for our first night here in Tulum. He took care of us so beautifully and we are very grateful for the amazing kind people that work for this hotel. I will always recommend this place to family, friends and colleagues. Vanesa was extraordinary. Her customer service and her willingness to make our experience amazing surpasses our expectations. Kanan is 100/100 in our books definitely looking forward to visiting again.

What an extraordinary service from our server Ariel and his assistant great vibe food excellent the dj is a plus but the food and service has been the best

Our reservation was at sunset so that we could experience both day and night there. My experience was amazing! The ambience, food, and servers were a 10/10. The servers were nice enough to take photos and videos for us on our phones. I would definitely go back. Just keep in mind they have a $150 minimum per person. It all goes toward your food we ordered food and two desserts and we still didn’t reach our minimum so we just bought a bottle of wine. It is WELL worth it!

Hicimos esta reserva un mes antes de nuestra visita. Cuando llegamos, no había nadie para recibirnos o guiarnos. Un guardia de seguridad al azar nos dijo que subiéramos. Todos estaban dispersos y nos ignoraron hasta que un camarero muy educado llamado Ricardo llamó la atención de la anfitriona más snob, grosera e impaciente llamada Karina. Cuando le dimos nuestra reserva, nos llevó al asiento equivocado por el que pagamos. Cuando señalamos esto, básicamente arruinamos su vida. Comenzó a regañarnos sobre cómo debían pagarse por adelantado y nos dijo la cantidad. Mientras intentaba mostrarle, se alejó y fue a la caja para ver si había un depósito. La cajera dijo que no, e incluso aunque mostré pruebas en mi teléfono, se negaron. Tuvimos que pagar $300 adicionales además del depósito de $155 que hice un mes antes. Ambos estaban extremadamente irritados de que mostrara pruebas. Afortunadamente, tuvimos un camarero amable y súper profesional llamado Isreal. Fue extremadamente agradable y profesional. Lamentamos que nuestra experiencia fuera arruinada por las dos mujeres que no saben actuar de manera profesional.

I recently visited Kana Tulum and wanted to share my experience. While the food and service were mediocre, I must say that the venue and ambiance were absolutely amazing. The restaurant is located in a beautiful setting, surrounded by lush greenery and a stunning view. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, perfect for an evening out. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the food and the service. The dishes lacked flavor and creativity, and the service was slow and inattentive. Despite these shortcomings, I would still recommend Kana Tulum for its breathtaking venue and ambiance.
