   Service was terrible. Took more than 30 minutes to get our drinks after we queried where they were. We were seated in a booth in front of the bar … staff were oblivious. Food took just as long. Won’t be hurrying back. What a shame as we are locals and won’t be recommending.

   Really awful service. Took 20 mins to get served for drinks, another 20 for them to arrive, and 60 mins for 3 tacos to arrive. Politely shared the feedback with the manager and was told rudely “we were busy”. Don’t bother, the food is not that great, plenty of better places around.

   Unfortunately spent one hour without food and had to leave without our order. Drinks took 30 minutes. I hope they were just understaffed

   The vegan menu was a huge let down. Needs to be replaced with all new ingredients. The vegan beef was disgusting.

   Juana Taco is an elite dining experience. The staff are down to earth and the food is simply amazing. Not getting Tacos anywhere else!!!!

   Food and service was awesome, it was very busy so a slight wait on food but the team were great at communicating this, drinks and food were delicious !

    Terrible experience last night. Firstly they put us an inch away from the next table next to us and they were so loud we asked to be moved outside. We waited 20 minutes for our menu, when we ordered our drinks didn't come out for 30 minutes and our meal 45 minutes. We had no serviettes on our table and overall a meal of a single drink and 3 tacos took 90 minutes and weren't anything to write home about
