   We did the bracelet making package for the kids. Includes bracelet, shake and entree. The kids both got kids meals and come to find out kids meals are not included. They had to order entrees, which were more expensive. Is the bracket making not for kids? Why would it not include a kids meal and require you to order an entree? And why wouldn’t the waiter have told us the kids need to order entrees? The whole thing is totally illogical and ended up being a crappy experience.

   I was not impressed with Jojo's shake bar last night. I completely understand that they were busy, but I had a reservation and an experience pre-booked and prepaid and I was taking to the upstairs dining room, where there was no servers consistently up there. Our waiter didn't greet us until about 15 minutes after we were sat and we were given no water. Once we had told the waiter that we had booked an experience and prepaid for it he left and then came back about five minutes later and asked for our order, even though we had already known it. The food came back fairly quickly after ordering about 15 minute wait but it was mediocre at best. Then the worst part was that we got one shake for a table of two. The shake was over colored with food dye that stained my skin (still there by the way) and it was way too minty and thin not thick like a milkshake at all. And after about 20 minutes of waiting, my friend got their milkshake. Their milkshake was a completely different color, more of a nice mint green color than a dark green like mine. It was made properly and it tasted way better than mine. The charm bracelet making was fine and cute. It didn't feel organized though.  I was very upset that we were seated upstairs even with our reservation I thought that we would be seated in the main dining area and not secluded from it. Overall, it just felt like we were dumped into a space with no servers. Not pleased, especially since there was a 20% gratuity already added to this prepaid experience.

   This is my second time celebrating my daughter’s bday at jojos. We had a reservation for 7 and were told there was a private event upstairs and would be seated on the main level. Understandable, but the upstairs space is much nicer. The hostess walked us to our table which was not clean, had crumbs and food stains. Even worse was the floor, filthy with fries and food from previous customers. I asked her to please clean it and she sluggishly walked over to the bar area to get a rag and spray bottle. She slowly walked back, and half cleaned the table, making it very clear she did not care to clean it and I was inconveniencing her. My husband asked for the rag and he ended up cleaning it. She completely disregarded cleaning the floor and just walked back to her station. Fine, I asked the kids to sit down because I didn’t want to get in the way of celebrating the birthday. Our server was polite and tried, but service was still lacking as we didn’t have utensils or water throughout the night. Our table was right in front of the bar and throughout our time, I saw up to 4 staff just hanging around, not working or tending to the customers. The staff was swearing during their conversations and were just unprofessional the whole night. One had a huge hickey on his neck which I found gross and not a good look for a restaurant that tries to cater to families and kids. Overall the food and shakes were fine, despite our ketchup tasting like it had gone bad. Unfortunately, given the poor service and lack of cleanliness, we will not return and do not recommend this restaurant especially given the high cost/low value. The shakes are fun and I would recommend the shakes to go, but I would not dine in ever again.

   It was my first time going here. The JoJo shake drinks are really good, but the food is not that great. The food is OK.

   Cute concept but never again. Food was average, service was average prices were ridiculous. $10 for an oreo shake. Watched them make it with soft service ice-cream and 2 spoon full of crushed cookies. That's it.

   It was very busy but they made sure everything flowed properly. The service was great I was disappointed they ran out of chocolate covered strawberries on valentines day but it still was good

    Went for my daughter’s 4th birthday celebrations! She really enjoyed herself. The frozen espresso martini was very sweet, probably wouldn’t get it again but I’ve always loved their margaritas, and probably should have just gone with that.
